The house keeping are very rude. You paid so much doesn't have refrigerator and microwave so you basically eating hot foods turn cold there nothing to heat up in.

Littering in and around the hotel. Hotel pass keys didn’t work. Tried to overcharge me and fell unsafe and not clean. Saw drug needles and such. I was not happy at all

No privacy. I went for a walk and they were in my room by 10am. Traveling as a woman alone I felt that they were very nosy. Also looked like a weekend short stay place with lots of Hard **********. Never again. Use to be better.

The hotel room we got was dirty the sink was clogged up the sheets were stained the front desk person was very rude to my husband when this issue was brought up we were pretty much ignored

Ok for the price, heater/air conditioning unit couldn’t read the settings so had to experiment to get it set the way I wanted it.

I have stayed here a few times and it has always been clean and convenient. It is a quick 8 minute drive to Binghamton University. Very convenient and great price.

Looks updated in the rooms and was comfortable. No complaints here. Easy drive to the facility I worked at.

Very disappointed - first off, it was hard to get into the room (153) - it was a key card that you had to positive 'just so'. It took me several tries. I had also seen about three squashed bug on the floor but figured they came in with the open door - NOPE, after taking a shower, I found roaches crawling on the chair, the wall and the ceiling. I went to the office and Mac (very nice and helpful) came, saw and moved me to a room next door (151) - asked if I thought it was ok, but I found a squished bug - we tried door number three (that was ok but I was skeeved out). Also there was a truck that kept changing locations in the parking lot - I was guessing he was ************* since he did not seem to have a room - It was hard to view the program guide on the remote/screen (would not change stations nor tell me what was coming up). The microwave was clean but the turn table did not seem to go with the appliance. At least the refrigerator did not freeze food like the last time. A hair dryer was lying on the dresser but I did not try to use it (seemed as if it was supposed to be on the wall or removed. The bed was clean, the pillows ok, towels very thin. The place is reasonable price and pet friendly but the roaches and people in the parking lot were scary. Never again will I stay here! By the way, Mac at the front desk really tried hard! (but he had not much to work with - only good think was the hotel seemed empty so there were rooms to choose from and this door was easier to open) - oh on the morning I left, the toilet bowl would not fill - thus did not flush. (and I'm betting management will send me the standard response of 'we are sorry you had a bad experience but we are working on things - hope you stay again)
