Nice hotel in a great location. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Decent gym and easy walking to restaurants and shops.

THE HOTEL WAS OLD WHICH I MEAN THEY SHOULD RENOVTE THE FURNITURE AND PAINT THE ROOMS. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AND SHOULD BE BETTER. THE LOCATION IS NEAR TO MAIN ROAD AND MALLS.

I brought my son -25 with me. The location is the best feature and the facility is so clean. It looks like a new building. It is accessible to everything and within walking distance. This location is for the ones who don’t mind being lazy and just staying in one location. Or the adventure to go out and explore. Uber is readily accessible. It has a nightlife for those who want a drink and music and during the day plenty of food and shopping choices. Nelson Mandela Square, Melrose Arch,and many other frequently visit attractions are all located within the area.

The hotel was nice and elegant. The service was impeccable and everyone was very courteous and welcoming.

The location cannot be beat, you're right in the heart of Rosebank, and the hotel is extremely well set-up - comfortable beds, well-equipped rooms, excellent gym facilities, and an amazing restaurant with Proud Mary being attached. The breakfast is especially great.

Our otherwise fine stay at Voco Rosebank was marred by inept reception staff on both arrival and departure. On arrival they had no idea; asked if our room was prepaid? It wasn't until we gave the person the voucher - which she copied into their system - that we were checked in. Then on departure the next morning we kept wondering why our Jarat driver wasn't showing up. We had arranged with him to make it 830 am. By 850 we called downstairs twice and initially they denied that there was anybody from Jarat there. The second time the person said, 'oh I think he's here' It turns out that the driver had been at the hotel since about 8 am. And that he had notified reception. They did not notify us and told Richard "they couldn't find them/us in the system". I don't know what would have happened if we had just done nothing and waited. Fortunately it was a public holiday so traffic to the airport was light. Clearly our driver should have contacted his office to report the situation but it was all caused by the utter incompetence of the Voco reception staff. Truly clueless. When I asked one of them about it this morning she flat out lied and said that the driver gave them a name that wasn't in their system. Our Jarat tours driver did in fact provide them with our correct names and last name so the failure is on them. Otherwise we liked the location of the property, the heavy level of security, the proximity to so many restaurants and shops, the market etc. The room was pretty nice too although the bathroom had practically no shelf space. The shower was good, the mattress was great as were the cushions. Air-conditioning worked well and it was quiet. And breakfast at Proud Mary was excellent with tons of options. And nice coffee. Even so I don't know if we can even consider using the property for our guests, based on our arrival AND departure experience.

Comfortable hotel in Rosebank, hotel is situated on a good street with many restaurants and shopping centers. Rooms are quite big with attached bathroom. Food was delicious and portion size was quite good. They serve alcoholic beverages as well. Hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked airport transfers through hotel and the driver was very polite.

Rooms: 9/10 The beds feel like you’re sleeping on clouds, the room is spotlessly clean and sound-proofed which is important as it’s in quite a busy are. The 1 point is lost due to the size . Would recommend you stay here for a short business visit or if you’re out and about in the city. Also, due to location, the view from the rooms I stayed in were of adjacent buildings. Food: 10/10 The breakfast menu had a fantastic variety. Lunch and dinners at their restaurant never left me disappointed. Service: 10/10 While *********** reviews said something about slow service, never experienced it even once. Wonderful, and efficient service. Location: 10/10 Access to the mall, and several restaurants around you. Security is also on alert and very helpful.

Picked this hotel due mostly to location, stayed only one night. We used the Gautrain to get to the hotel from the airport, it was an easy and safe walk with luggage to the hotel along a pedestrian only street. Check in staff were very friendly and offered us a much needed cool welcome drink. Room was wonderful, AC was working and we each had a generous bottle of water, if there was any load shedding that night we did not notice it. We decided to dine in the hotels Proud Mary restaurant after noticing it seemed to be the busiest restaurant on the street, we were not disappointed, we had an excellent dinner and breakfast the next morning. Door staff stored our luggage the next day as we toured around a bit, and when we returned to pick it up they offered us a lift to the Gautrain station in a golf cart, which was really appreciated. This hotel and restaurant exceeded our expectations, wished we had time to spend another night.

A great location in Rosebank in the center of nightlife and shopping, impressive gym, and very delicious food at Proud Mary. I appreciated the room design, the soundproof windows, back up generator, and the friendly front desk. I tried an in-room massage, the masseuse was good but the process getting the table in/out was a bit slow. I stayed twice in the course of the month, my first room had a window that opened, the next stay it did not. Prefer to be able to open the window for a little fresh air!

Great relaxed stay at Voco Rosebank. Close proximity to all Rosebank restaurants and malls , east walk to everything. Enthusiastic young staff, well trained and friendly. Excellent breakfast options and buzzing evening bar and restaurant at Proud Mary on the ground floor. Suit had fantastic views over roasebank and northcliff, and all amenities, high quality stay

From when we arrived and until we left we knew we had found a very nice hotel. This was my 2sd stay in a Voco branded hotel and it really works. They have found themselves a really nice niche at the top of the 4 stars hotel and you really do not need more at Rosebank. The location is superb, right on the doorsteps of the restaurants and mall. Access is restricted and managed very well by very friendly staff. Both the restaurant and coffee bar are worthy of their own reviews and successes. The rooms are classy and elegant, clean and with a great bathroom. Perhaps the only fault was the lift seemed slow. But that's it. All the staff were really brilliant. Breakfast was 1 of the best ever and with sunshine on the outdoor part, a wonderful start to the day. Oh yes a 2sd bad point, the juice bar could do with being...we... juiced up. We' definitively go back
