Laguna Praia Hotel

Breakfast and staff were wonderful. Room was poor. No chair to sit in. Bathroom was miniscule and in need of upgrading.. Good water pressure and lots of hot water.

Our recent stay in this property was terrible from the start. We arrived shortly after midnight due to a flight cancellation. We were not made aware of the fact that a failed water pump on the property caused a loss of water service to the entire hotel (one of several water interruptions during our stay). To be clear, this was not an interruption in water service by the city. This was the result of a pump failure in the hotel. Upon arriving to our room after a long travel day, someone uses the bathroom only to find out that the toilet doesn’t flush and the fan in the bathroom is broken. The toilet tanks are not accessible so what is there remains until water is restored. The room photos do a masterful job of overselling outdated, worn furniture, uncomfortable beds and linens, etc. The pool pump is barely functional at best resulting in cloudy grey water filled with floating chunks of presumably sand and dirt. We scheduled a meeting with the manager to discuss our dissatisfaction. The manager arrived 45 minutes late, shrugged his shoulders, and said “sorry for the inconvenience, there is nothing we can do.” That day, we returned to our room after touring the area all day to get ready for dinner, and again - no water. That said, the hotel is in a great location and the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. For those who are familiar, think of this property as a Motel 6 in a great beach location. If you have that in mind when you arrive, you’ll be satisfied.

Great location for tourists. Older hotel, but in okay condition. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. No Wifi issues.

Hotel de boa qualidade, mas o restaurante tem pouca variedade, muito barulho até tarde da noite e o wifi é péssimo. Funcionários prestativos e educados.

Hotel ótimo, com as áreas comuns excelentes. Café da manhã delicioso com muita variedade e tapiocas, crepes e omeletes feitos na hora. Piscina muito boa e atendimento extremamente atencioso de todos os funcionários. Único ponto a melhorar seriam os quartos, que deixam um pouco a desejar pois precisam de uma renovada. Cama mole demais, colchas antigas e o quarto cheirava “guardado”. O tamanho do quarto e do banheiro é ótimo, possui frigobar, televisão com tv a cabo e cama king. A localização é excelente, perto do comércio e de muitos restaurantes. Apesar da sugestão de melhoria nos quartos, voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel!

Foi boa já conheço bem o Laguna só o que me surpreendeu dessa vez foi o barulho dos turistas alguns deles comprando bebidas e levando para dentro do hotel o que não é permitido.a internet foi de misericórdia eu tentava conectar e nada fiquei usando os dados móveis o fim de semana inteiro.a equipe já conheço alguns melhoraram MT na cordialidade outros continuam sendo os outros

Localização ótima e café da manhã delicioso!!! Recepcionista antipático no check in. Quarto reformado, porém com mal cheiro. Pedi para trocar de quarto. Mas o hotel estava lotado.

Hotel muito caro, sem nenhum benefício oferecidos. Estacionamento pago e, sem privacidade, para sua locomoção. Café da manhã muito simples, para o preço que foi pago. Não tem toalhas de rosto. Shampoo e sabonete, de terceira categoria.
