Spacious and luxurious room, comes with bathtub and separate shower room. A couch and a fire place inside the room, even have a small balcony. The complimentary afternoon tea was great. However, the breakfast thou with many food varieties does not come with quality. Just ride beside the Qian Gu Qing theatre, with many food options opposite the hotel. In addition, a short 15min ride to the entrance of jiuzhaigou national park. Highly recommended.

Second time here and they never fail to impress me. Location was just next to the Romance Show in Jiuzhaigou, if you’re travelling free and easy by bus, you can alight directly in front of the hotel and there were many shops and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness was top notch and service was great! Breakfast was as delicious as the first time and their baker was really good. Only thing, be prepared to walk a distance from your room to the main door. Will definitely return when I come back to Jiuzhaigou.

The resort is highly recommended because of proximity to romance show theater..also VERY VERY helpful staff.when returning back to airport,they booked taxi,but the taxi got stuck someplace.they immediately scolded the taxi company ,notified us and booked another taxi . There are cultural programmed...sauna and hot water pool...all free and ready to use.my wife used the sauna,they allowed her to wear a dress of her choosing...they Al's gave her water and fruits afterwards. The BEST part for us,a INDIAN VEGETARIAN jain couple was that they cooked us Maggi noodles ,which we had bought from mumbai.they served us in a bowl. There are language issues ,but front desk DOES communicate brilliantly with translator. Only down side was the fridge was NOT working AND AC was not functional ,they provided us with a fan. Afternoon,there were free cakes and fruits. They provide airport pick up,provided we inform them 2 days in advance....all in all,the rooms were very big,excellent interior and well trained staff.

Extremely spacious room with a fake fireplace, seating area and a little balcony (although no chair or table so can't really sit outside). Bed is really comfortable and the room was quiet apart from noisy neighbors in the hallway. Bathtub and nice shower. The hotel is very dated but grandiose and expansive, making busy Jiuzhaigou seem quiet. It's set back from the street which helps with noise. It's a smoking hotel though which is unpleasant for non-smokers. The pool was closed and nowhere to be found. Breakfast was fine, some non-Chinese options and basic coffee.

非常不錯 大廳很有民族特色，服務也很好，房間有給升級，太驚喜了，特別謝謝經理kyota 和小田，酒店温泉很不錯，非常放鬆，去完景區回來泡温泉真的非常不錯，位置也很方便，就在千古情景區對面，值得打卡

設施：酒店挺老舊的，房間環境和所謂五星級根本不搭邊。 衞生：掀開被子有驚喜哦，附贈小蒼蠅和小蟲子屍體。 環境：帶孩子的千萬別定親子房，和標間大小一模一樣，但是價格差了1.5倍，唯一有區別的就是小黃鴨主題，但標間五百多，親子房一千多，自己衡量吧。 服務：酒店唯一和五星級搭邊的就是一樓各種商店吧，把建設酒店80%的錢花在了一樓裝潢，20%隨便裝修一下房間。哦，千萬小心對待酒店設備哦，如果你不小心打破了一個衞生間刷牙的玻璃杯，是需要賠償68元的哦。

訂的酒店50歲以上的2日套餐，性價比非常高，酒店高端大氣，是個度假型酒店，藏式風格隨處可見，房間也是藏羌元素，閑暇時間在酒店裡也是在欣賞風景，工作人員服務熱情周到，歡迎水果品種很多！酒店的早餐很豐盛，套餐還贈送了晚餐，總之九寨之行非常開心，推薦退休的朋友們可以選擇這個套餐！

第一次過來玩，但是感受很不一樣，空氣好，環境好，酒店好，非常滿意的一次入住，服務人員都特別熱情！從進酒店開始到辦入住，大家都會主動問好，感謝大家的服務！非常不錯👍

嘿嘿，和好朋友終於攢夠了假期，一起出來玩兒～看到是新開的酒店，就想來嘗試下。一個字：贊！兩個字：很贊！度假⛱️型酒店，要的就是放鬆心情與舒適享受，這家酒店都能滿足，而且服務很好！有一個帥哥叫王曉宇，好像是領導吧，對我們很熱情，態度很友好。風景秀麗，真可謂是曲徑通幽處 禪房花木深啊……

交通：離溝口還是有段距離的，但是打車也方便，停車免費就很棒。 早餐：早餐很不錯的，豐盛，吃飽了進溝和返程很滿足。 設施：空調衹能吹風，製冷應該是中央主機沒開，沒效果，怕熱的有點具體。

第一次和朋友來這邊玩兒，酒店的地理位置很不錯，房間衞生很乾凈，旁邊就是千古情和商業街，有各種吃的，酒店離九寨溝也很近，衹有幾公里，前台的小妹妹服務特別不錯，問什麼都很有耐心，來九寨溝的必選酒店 服務：很好 環境：非常不錯 衞生：乾淨 設施：很好

特別贊他們的前廳部經理Kyota非常負責，處理問題很及時。整體感受相當不錯，來之前做了很多攻略，然後和朋友一起入住了這裏，體驗真的非常贊，酒店旁邊就有千古情，周圍青山綠水環繞，酒店客房寬敞舒適，裏面洗漱用品都齊全，還有一個大浴缸可以泡澡。
