Regenta Place Jhansi by Royal Orchid Hotels Limited

Not a place to stay. Rooms are not well maintained. Television in the room did not work at all & engineer took his sweet 20 mins time but could not fix it. I lost hope of getting it fixed. Room minibar did not work & one cannot have a cold water to drink if wish to . Toilet seat cover was not fixed. One cannot charge his mobile phone once you switch off the master switch. Housekeeping takes sweet 15mins to deliver water to the room. Food at the restaurant needs improvement. Boiled Eggs at the buffet were over done & the egg white turned light brown in colour. Being a Discover member , I was never offered a complimentary soft beverages. 1st Elevator near the reception, does not allow you to go to 3rd floor & there seems some error. No hand towels placed in washroom & only 1 dental kit placed, when room was booked on double occupancy. Bad quality slippers placed in room, which just gets torn easily. Room service menu had limited options. Endless flaws at this place. Not worth spending a penny at this place.

This review is to thank the staff and hotel regenta for the luxurious stay! The staff was friendly and courteous, Breakfast buffet was served with love , Two restaurants are available for food and both were fingerlicking yummy! I would extend gratitude to shradha and ainyee khan for being the reason of our comfortable stay! I would recommend this hotel to all my colleagues in Delhi! We had fort view from our room, this property is better than the other luxuries in the league! Highly Recommended!

It's a great experience. Quality of food is good. Behaviour of hotel staff is good. This property is situated at prime location. Director of sales of hotel Mr. Dennis and F & B manager Mr. Maloy are very humble and good person. We enjoyed the program.

Excellent hotel, very helpful, understand, listen to you your issues. From reception rooms, dinning room everything was superb. Costo, Priyanka in the dinning room gave great service. Excellent food. Best hotel in jhansi. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel is no doubt excellent but the staff is what it makes or breaks. We found Ms. Shraddha to be very courteous, soft spoken, helpful in all aspects and importantly customer centric. Bricks and mortar does not make a hotel; it is employees like Ms. Shraddha which makes it a place worth visiting and staying in. Bless Her
