Best place to spend time with your loved ones in Bali. I been to five different locations and this was the best one of all. Please don’t waste your time and book a different hotel and come here. The staff are beyond kind and nice and the service is awesome and the location is close to everything you look for. Please don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

Worth the money！！All their staff very helpful and polite，will greet with you every time they see you. Hotel breakfast is ala crate instead of buffet style，so u can enjoy hot and fresh made breakfast every morning

For a 4 star property, it's not bad. But the price is similar to most 5 stars, so the review will compare it to other similar 5 star hotels/Villas. Most staff are great, but one or two can be quite rude. They helped us out with an early check in, even though our booked room was occupied they arranged another similar room for us to rest in, which was great. However, one of the staff at night didn't pick up the phone for 25 minutes and said "I was tending to another guest". They should have a standby person on the phone or at least pickup and let us know that they would get back to us. We found that attitude quite off putting. We needed bowls and spoons (which they took the ones in the room to wash, but didn't replace) and it took 25 mins for them to pick up after constantly calling. The other annoyance is that they didn't have extra pillows. That's quite terrible for a property charging about USD$300 per night. The rooms are nice and spacious, however the shower water pressure was atrocious. And the hot water was barely there in droplets. The shower was quite mouldy, the hot tub was dirty and not cleaned. The hot tub also doesn't really fill up with hot water, it's barely room temperature. The pool is nice, but again needs to be cleaned. The amenities provided are just OK. The Google home in the room is quite annoying, because most things aren't connected but some are. So some lights need to be manually turned on or off, and some only through Google home. It's quite strange. And the washroom lights are some fancy multi color changing light, which is OK for a day but after is just plain annoying. The room overall is nice. The spa is great. And they have a buggy service throughout the property which is definitely appreciated. Breakfast was served in the pool or in the room, but the food was not good. And since they don't have a restaurant or room service, and they only do breakfast, you would assume breakfast would be decent since it's their only focus in food. The security at the entrance can also be improved to make us feel safer. Plus the signage at the entrance can be lit, every driver we had missed the turn because the sign is barely visible. Also the amenities in the room weren't replaced like the toothpastes, toothbrushes etc. The location is good, it's close to the main seminyak street but not close enough to be annoyed by the noise.

We really enjoyed our time here! The staff were all so helpful and friendly, just to name a few Dion, Dende, Oka, Ari and Arista! The villa was as per the photos on the website and the atmosphere was great! My husband and I did the spa and had a candle light dinner! We would definitely come back again :)

Best experience you could ever have! everything is perfect. Love their hospitality, always warm & greet you with a smile. Worth every penny of yours, just the best you could have!

We spent 2 nights in this villa to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. It was an amazing and romantic experience. The service was great, staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and massive. Everything is fantastic!!! Will definitely come back again!!!

Perfect stay! Staffs are lovely and very helpful. We got a complimentary 10 mins shoulder massage from them. Location is great as it’s just walking distance to food restaurant! Stay was really comfortable nice hotel and big pool!
