Sinclair Inn Bed & Breakfast

The most wonderful, quaint and classic Vermont experience. I am from Vermont and was traveling home for a funeral. I found Sinclair online and am so glad that I did. Their amazing customer service started when my flight was delayed and meant that I wouldn't be able to arrive until after midnight. Holly answered the phone, walked me through the after-hours check in process and told me not to stress about it (which I needed!), to grab myself some fries and a beer during my layover (which I also needed!) and she would get me all of the information I needed. Once a guest, Kyle made the most amazing breakfast foods. I would come dine here if I was a local! I love that this place is run by a family. If you are traveling solo, with friends or with small children, this is the spot for you. The entire building is beautiful and every detail is well executed. From the local chocolates on my pillow to the beautiful landscaping that make the outdoor space shine, Sinclair Inn is perfection. I look forward to returning!

Where do I start! We love this Inn! The place is in immaculate condition and very clean. The room is very comfortable and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Spacious accommodations and bathroom. The breakfast both mornings are on par with some the best you will pay top dollar for. We stayed in Rm# 5 and even though you see the street it is very quiet. Both sitting rooms downstairs are so nice and plenty of books and games as well. The Inn owners and their little daughter are amazing and very friendly. We can not say enough about this place and already booked again for December 2024 and possibly will be back before then.

This location is in a beautiful area. Multiple places close by for the best part of Vermont Real Maple syrup!!!! The food was incredible and very accommodating to dietary needs. Kayle was very friendly and willing to help.

Great owners and just an awesome place. Kyle is so genuine and accommodating! The room was perfect for us, the back yard was beautiful with lots of flowers and plants. Very peaceful back there with places to sit. His recommendations were perfect and we would highly recommend this awesome B&B! Oh and the breakfast was absolutely amazing as well!

ask for back of inn very loud. If you have any issue with allergies to synthetic smells (perfume, strong laundry detergent etc.) this IS NOT the place for you. I asked owners if he could accommodate this issue, and if they were not able, I would look elsewhere. He said he could. When I arrived and the room smelled so bad, he made an excuse about laundry service. I ended up with a bad migraine, had to sleep on the couch of main living room I ended going home sick in the morning. Weekend was horrible. Owners NEVER apologized or even acknowledged the issue (even after seeing me on couch) AWEFUL EXPERIENCE

The owners and manager were amazing. the breakfast was delicious and everyone was so friendly. They even gave me a car windshield scraper when I forgot mine. I highly recommend their Inn!

What a wonderful stay. We stayed 3 nights at Sinclair B&B last weekend and would come back in a heartbeat. We enjoyed every moment from the beautiful room to the warmest welcoming and hospitality from Kyle, the really comfortable/clean room and bedding, the incredible breakfasts and the best cookies ever (and we are usually not cookie lovers). The house is like a jewel and extremely well maintained. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you so much for everything.

WoW and again WoW…We are road tripping and we decided to stay a night in this beautiful house…I felt im at home…Super welcoming atmosphere with a great people inside. The breakfast was so delicious…The room was super clean. Everything was great…

Wonderful place to stay. Very nice room with a private bathroom. Will definitely stay again if we get back to the area.
