+ A 34m² non-smoking 1 bedroom, sea-view with bridge to the north from upper floor
+ Self check-in, access to the room key will be informed after booking confirmed and ID submission.
+ Main Bedroom: Queen-size spring bed. Linen, bed cover and pillow is provided. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe, working desk, fully Air-Cond, and a LED Smart TV 55 inches, includes pre-login Netflix 4K, HBO Go and Amazon Prime Video, and unlimited fibre connected fast internet.
+ The sofa bed in the living room is available for the 3rd guest equipped with quilt, bedsheet, and towel as long as the extra bed fee is paid. The living room which also function as dining room come with a smart TV 46 inches, big table and is fully Air-Cond.
+ A bathroom with toilet, equipped with hot running water. There are also 2 clean towels, soap & shampoo and a hairdryer
+ There are 3 bottles of drinking water, along with Indonesian Sumatra coffee and tea for your convenience.
+ Water, electricity, and internet utilities are all included.
+ Kitchen appliances provided include rice cooker, oven, and a full-sized fridge. Kitchen equipment (pot and knife) & dining utensils are also provided.
+ In the wardrobe, hangers, and an ironing table with iron is also included.
+ There are laundry shops, various restaurants, cafés, and multiple convenient stores in the building at ground level.
Not Available to the Guest :
+ Daily Room Cleaning & refill to the consumable (drinking water, toilet papers etc)
Guest Access :
+ Anything in the room and on the premise is yours to use, including access to the building facilities like the pool (indoor & outdoor), the gym, basket ball & badminton course, kids’ playground, and the steam room or sauna.
+ You may receive and send letters/packages every day during your stay delivered to Popbox which requires you to pick within 1 day.
+ The mobile apps GrabFood and GoFood are commonly used to deliver foods to the apartment, which you can pick up on the driver's waiting area.
Other things to note:
+ This booking is managed individually, front lobby reception is not involved in this booking. The service provided might not match a hotel standard, e.g. the host might not answer a question/inquiry timely or within 24 hours.
+ Guests must ensure contact details listed on trip.com is valid and reachable and will be required to provide a form of identification (KTP/passport) at least 1 day before check-in.
+ Communication with the host during your stay is available through Social Media.
+ Room cleaning is not included but it is available upon request with a fee, which also includes replacement for fresh linens, bedcovers, & towels.
