NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his ***ager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

Tremendous team of the ahai Mahal palace where everyone is so courteous and helpful and always move with a big smile on their face. Ready to welcome you and support you for all requirements. A great gesture done by chef for my kids and overall I had the best of the experience I could have imagined

Food was amazing but the service and specially the people serving at the table were extremely professional but loveable at the same time. Special mention to Aslam Ji for all the love and smile he spread around us also Mr. Vikram and A*** were excellent

Dining at the Marble Arch was one of an experience, not exactly because of the food but the people who serve you here. The food was nice no doubt but would love to mention Mr. Aslam whose smile was infectious and the lovely way he served us with and also Mr. Vikram and Mr. A***.

Reception: Pooja and team were warm and receptive on arrival. Checkin was very smooth despite the fact that we checked in late. 2-hour extension for checkout was provided which was a big plus Property: Upkeep is very good and quite grand. It was very calm and serene despite being next to the road. Construction is on to expend the number of rooms. There were kites and peacock at the property! Room: We stayed at the heritage room, which was well-thought and clean. Decor was grand and vintage in line with the palace setup. Bathroom was excellent and big. Amenities were top notch. There was a Lavazza coffee machine in the room for coffee-buffs like us. Restaurants: We had amazing dinner at Cinnamon on arrival - recommending the galawati kebab. Breakfast spread was good and fresh. Shoutout to Chef Bur*** for the amazing Indo-Continental omlette! Aslam was warm and always responsive to our requests. 10 on 10 for the restaurant team. We wished our stay was longer to experience the palatial resort to the full.

I came with my Family they are coming from Kolkata. Ms. Pooja from Front desk who give us great opportunity for Horse riding and warm welcome in Jai Mahal Palace. She was vey pretty and polite. We really enjoyed our evening in Cinnamon restaurant and the staff was so hospitable and helpful Mr. Pankaj help us to found best dishes from there menu and specially Chef GIRI was so so Helpful he make delicious food for us and every time he came on our table and take feedback from us which is very very great point which he carried with him . And Ms. Dharmesh also very sweet and hospitable ***ager, who made our experience more special. And Ms. Anushka who joins this industry very recently but the behaviour and positive personality she carry I believe she get good big position in future. My parents are really enjoyed their Evening. Thank you so much you all to make our evening more memorable.
