I love love love this hotel.. honestly! Good staff.. clean room and everything!

The location was very convenient. It was just the right distance away from the busy tourist area but accessible by a short rickshaw ride. The service and staff were excellent. They catered for any request and were extremely attentive. There were not many amenities in the rooms and the towels were stained to the point that we couldn’t use them. If you did need anything extra the staff were very helpful to provide it. The rooftop is not accessible outside of breakfast which isn’t clearly stated and would’ve been good to know before booking.

Great place to stay. It's clean and hygienic. Hotel staff are all super super helpful and friendly. The service was excellent. Housekeeping staff are lovely. They were ready all the time to help. The food was amazing. Will stay again. Definitely definitely recommend.

Good comfy rooms. All the staffs were welcoming. Hotel is located close to all the major site attractions. Rooms were spacious and good. Room service was good.The ambience in the lobby , lift and the floor where the room has been crafted well in such a way that we can feel the palace in the Jaipur. Overall a pleasant experience.

The property was beautiful and the stay was comfortable. The food was good. The staffs were cooperative and polite. The area in which the hotel was situated was very nice. The rooftop had a beautiful private party spot which was chargeable but decorated beautifully. Overall stay was good!

I did not stay at the place, but one of my clients did. The rooms are too stuffy and congested. DO NOT GO BY THE PICS ON THEIR SITE!! Neither did they have a good service from the hotel staff. Also my own experience with the hotel management was not good. I was asked to pay the whole amount 3 days prior to check in leaving no room for a change in case of dissatisfaction. I've been organising tours for a lot a clients and even a 4 star top grade hoteling chain doesn't ask for a full payment before guest checks in. I booked a candle light dinner too for which they charge a handsome amount. However the guests have to serve themselves on a buffet table. What kind of candlelight exotic dinner asks guest to serve themselves? And if so, what is the differnce between a normal buffet and the candle light dinner experience? Just the ambience and the reusable decor? Not justified at all!! They don't bother to respond 1-1 if you ask them these questions! Would not recommend it to anyone and neither book it for myself or any of my clients!! They are quite money centric and a big no-no in otherwise tourist friendly rajasthan!!

Stay away!!! do not book this hotel. Hotel claims itself a 4 stars hotel but all we see is like a 2 stars hostel. all the pictures in the website were fraud, not as advertised and look like scams, the actual hotel is very small and old. we did not expect this and we did not pay for this.  - too much noise pollution. dogs are barking all night and car horns are too loud. we could not sleep and feeling unwell. - there is a burning smell since 6 am. and the food smell is too strong since 7 am. that caused pain in my nose. - my wife got sick on the first night of our visit to India because we could not sleep.
