We'lo Definitely Be Back Thank You All Staff The What A ITC Rajputana in Jaipur is a luxurious hotel known for its regal ambiance, impeccable service, and exquisite amenities. Lobby of this hotel is just gorgeous. One can have their best clicks at lobby and bar section. The best thing about this hotel is their staff. The staff is hidden gem. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable and amazing. Would love to recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget friendly and luxurious hotel.

good hotel, decent service, unfortunately old fittings and appliances in rooms which do fail. Just one restaurant providing good meals. poor surroundings of the Hotel. Do not attempt to venture out on foot, it is chaos and pathetically dirty outside. Do not attempt to walk in the open during sunset or sunrise time, lots insects and mosquitoes. be sure to book king size beds if you need it, else you may not get it at the hotel while checking in and the single beds cannot be joined together. I failed to see luxury aspect as the name claims.

This is a great place to stay. Why? Because the staff makes it the best experience ever. Nothing and I mean nothing is to much for them. It’s a great place to stay, eat, drink, and have fun fun Fun. Really nice big beds great bathrooms and spaces rooms

Do not drink in the bar at this hotel. The prices are criminal. AUD80 for two gin and tonics. Hotel is ok. Food nothing to get excited over. But avoid the bar. Bring your own bottle and drink in your room. That way you feel like you have been taken for a ride!

Fantastic hotel - from the second you arrive. Without even asking, someone will assist you! I apologise as I can’t remember her name, but to the lady who escorted us to our room and explained everything about the property….thank you. Special thank you to ***deep and ***ish in the bar. We were so well looked after and the “happy hour” between 6 and 8pm was a welcome surprise. As much as we have enjoyed Indian food throughout our trip it was convenient to see that this hotel catered for Western tastes on their menus. The cleanliness of the entire property was pristine and the lobby area really carries a WOW factor. Everywhere we looked there was a nod to Indian heritage in a beautifully designed, opulent ***ner. Stayed at the start of April 2024 Pros: +Good location with easy access for sightseeing. Rs100-150 seems to be the standard for a tuk tuk to the old market. +Staff are very friendly and helpful. ***deep at the pool bar quickly remembered our order and was always friendly, professional and not in the least pushy. +Rooms were spacious and had excellent Aircon. +Speedy wifi +Nice pool with several seating areas and a helpful lifeguard who helped my mother-in-law move her bed around during the day. -Breakfast food is excellent and the pool bar food is also very (if a little slow). +Our rooms were made by housekeeping very promptly each morning. Reasons I have not given 5 stars: -Pesawri restaurant was tasty and staff were polite but the prices were absurd. -Service can be a little on the slow side. -This may be very specific to my visit but on checking in (we are quite tired at this point) the Royal Challengers cricket team (who had been staying in the hotel were just leaving). The lobby was a roped off walkway for them with people waiting to take photos and ask for autographs which meant we were told we couldn't go to our rooms until the cricket team had left. It was only after being quite insistent that we were allowed through the hotel. -This may not be the hotels fault admittedly but there were quite a few large groups around the hotel who were exceptionally loud into the evenings.

Be prepared to be wowed by the lobby as you enter ITC Rajputana. This is a luxury hotel par excellence. We were greeted at the door by several doormen. The greeting was polite, happy and pleasing. Chiranji & Ramesh made a particularly fine impression. The hotel is modern and the decor pleasing as you enter. The rooms are good size. Ours was a long walk from the lobby over hallways where shoes made squeaky sounds. The bed linen was outstandingly comfortable. The bathroom was good size and had great water pressure. We ate in their restaurants and Pitambar, Gyan and Rakesh took good care of us. They serve free drinks & snacks during happy hour in their outdoor bar. And there is entertainment from street entertainers—a wo*** clad in traditional Rajasthani garb, dancing to songs sung by a male duo. Again the service was outstanding with Surendra, Krishen & Suraj taking good care of us. Their spa is outstanding: hygienic with all the resources you could possibly need. Andie gave a good Swedish massage. Their restaurant Peshawri is possibly one of the best I’ve eaten in. They serve food that takes its origin from Peshawar (erstwhile NW British India, now in Pakistan). We ate there twice and both times we had incredible service—once by Chandra & second time by Surender. I cannot fail to mention Dharmesh the bellboy who went above & beyond to help us. I would stay at ITC Rajputana in a heartbeat should I visit Jaipur again.
