定的雖然是雙人房，但是實際會有另一張小床，浴室很大很乾凈，而且熱水毛巾洗浴用品充足，環境很安靜，房間也不潮，床單被罩都很乾凈。另外，服務也很好，儘管就我一個人，也讓我參加了火山之旅，還會提前詢問晚回是否要提前訂餐。主要蚊蟲很少，而且早餐有水果，如果再去，一定再次入住。

時隔七年第二次入住 我沒住過tanna島別的酒店 單從島上經濟水平來講這應該算是最好的了 不太好的地方也跟島上補給困難有關係 早餐很單調只有麥片麪包這些 午餐晚餐大概只有兩三道菜可選 房間也不送礦泉水 酒店周圍沒有超市 建議來之前帶些泡麪水之類的補給 服務不太滿意的地方是酒店可以想辦法跟機場協調 因為這個地方航班基本不會準時 酒店到機場開車也就五六分鐘 如果能協調好 就不會在機場因為延誤耽誤太多時間

完美！ 酒店服務員都特別友好。服務極佳。 大廚非常厲害！

Amazing place, clean as. Picked from airport by Julian, short ride to resort, efficient check in, and explanation of rules etc. We had a two bedroom Seaview bungalow, but it was not really Seaview, we just could see the water in between the other bungalows. But the bungalow was perfect!!! I am gluten free and they tried to make me a bread, which was so nice. The grounds are awesome. The only negative was being on tanna, to get coffe in a sachet which tasted crap, but they changed it, suggest a plunger and fresh coffee would be perfect!! We went to the vulcano, which was an amazing experience, the ride to the vulcano and the vulcano, the wild horse tours was professional. I suggest bring somthing to drink and to eat as there is nothing . We expected to see the managers bit we did not, he came in the moring during breakfast. The staff very nice and friendly We also did the custom village, that was above expectation, thank you meriam, it was great. What i was missing, some smoll souvenirs like magnet, neckless other little stuff , as we did not have time to go to town, andxwhen we wnet the shop was closed. No snacks to take with you on tour or to eat on your balcony We had the best grilled fish at the resort, In one word it was awesome and fantastic

White Grass is a truly beautiful place and our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed for 7 nights, which gave us plenty of time to relax, read and swim while taking in the breathtaking beauty of the island without feeling the need to rush around every day doing the many interesting tours on offer. Some people only stay only one night to see the volcano but then you miss out on truly relaxing into island life. Breakfast is included and the lunch and dinner menu is delicious, changes daily and is very reasonably priced, particularly given how remote Tanna Island is. The staff are all wonderful, the accommodation is immaculate and the day spa is simply perfect. Just be prepared for some vagueness about schedules and pricing from Air Vanuatu; we had a delay of 2 days, and ended up flying down on a charter flight with United, but the resort accommodated us no problems.

Staying at White Grass Ocean Resort felt like staying in paradise, it is that beautiful. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and very friendly. They arranged tours to the volcano, the blue cave and some diving for me. As a solo traveller, I felt well-looked after and my days at the resort were truly special.

I have had the most awesome experience here. Seamless airport transfers. Exceptional accommodation, beautiful bungalows. Tours arranged so easily to see the wonders of the Island. Highly recommended to all. All staff are so beautiful and willing to assist in any way. So grateful for being here.

CONGRATULATIONS White Grass Resort. I was booked to stay, BUT with the liquidation of Air Vanuatu I could not reach Tanna. HOWEVER, given that circumstance you gave me a full refund...UNLIKE Black Pearl Resort on Espiritu Santo.... who refused too. White Grass you know that hospitality is more than food beverage and accommodation CONGRATULATIONS...please give Black Pearl some of your hospitable wisdom.

“Family” hut did not have basic things like a separate bedroom, 4 chairs (or couch), 4 reading lights, or a clean/properly flushing toilet. With no competition for meals/tours, these became a daily exercise in price gouging. Management and restaurant staff were oddly and consistently grumpy - like it was a real burden for them to take your meal order or field questions about activities etc... Morale seemed super low, and especially for a holiday resort. Communal area was far too small, tired and dimly lit.. without complimentary water (let alone tea/coffee).

Fantastic ocean views and stunning setting. Perfect for watching the sun set over the ocean. The resort has a grand entrance with plenty of ornate structures reflecting the unique culture and well kept greenery. The main building was nice to hang out in. The bar options were good, a happy hour, nice food options all round, a continental breakfast also. The 'bure' accommodation was brilliant, all cozy and fine. There was a fan instead of air conditioning. The ground facilities were great, lots of minor activities to dabble in (golf, volleyball etc). Easy walking distance to snorkeling spots within the lagoon and on the outside of the reef. Transfers to the airport are available if you don't mind being dropped off super-early. Tour options are excellent. The Mount Yasur volcano tour is amazing, as well as the Blue Cave. A few minor worries about whether tours would go ahead due to weather conditions, but Mother Nature is in charge of that and was nice on the day. Some staff were highly attentive going over-and-above while others were happy for guests to pepper them with questions than providing a more proactive interaction. All services were punctual. The resort was child-friendly, offering babysitting whilst parents snorkeled. As a *** couple, we were treated like everyone else by guests and staff alike. We felt safe and welcome throughout. No issues whatsoever.

An excellent hotel and resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the setting would be hard to surpass. The accommodation huts were clean, spacious with a nice area to sit outside and watch the sea.. They arrange a variety of excursions, if you are travelling on your own be mindful they require a minimum of two people to run an excursion, so it's best to plan and pay for which excursions you want to do when you arrive rather than in advance.
