ótimo lugar para relaxar com a familia com diversão para os adultos e principalemente para as crianças, com um time de monitores muito bem preparados e dedicados. É também um hotel/espaço e muito bem equipado e preparado para eventos corprativos e com uma equipe muito profissonal

Tudo perfeito. Colaboradores cuidadosos e muito atenciosos. Não há nada que possamos reclamar. Desde o pré evento até o pós, tudo muito tranquilo e preciso. Comida Boa, cama boa, sala boa, quarto bom, tudo perfeito. Muito obrigada a todos os colaboradores.

O hotel tem instalações antigas, a iluminação do quarto é fraca, mas as refeições são deliciosas. Equipe de lazer movimenta os hóspedes. Equipe de manutenção atenciosa e ágil. área de piscina bastante espaçosa. As áreas verdes são bem cuidadas e limpas.

Passei meu aniversário no hotel, no pacote de carnaval. Simplesmente espetacular. Tudo impecável. Equipe de lazer super ativa com as crianças. Sobre a acomodação: O apartamento que fiquei era bem amplo e aconchegante, limpo e bem cuidado. Alimentações: Só tenho elogios, pela manhã sempre disponibilizavam umas comidinhas na área da piscina e a tarde um serviço de chá. As refeições sempre preparadas como muito capricho. Aproveitei para conhecer a área de eventos e voltarei com a minha equipe comercial para uma reunião de negócios. Agradeço a todos que nos atenderam com muito atenção e carinho. O funcionário que ficava no bar (Maicon), preparava uma caipirinha espetacular.

Hotel cobra valor alto para o que oferece. Tudo muitook diria que esta na media para baixo. Nada de superior comparado a outros hoteis da mesma categoria. Almoço bem simples.
Quarto limpo, banheiro limpo é o minimo que esperamos de um hotel com diaria tão elevada!

Hotel ideal para a família. Descanso para os pais recarregarem as energias. Para as crianças diversão o tempo todo. Os monitores são maravilhosos, fazendo a criançada gastar toda a energia. O restaurante muito bom, com uma equipe muito atenciosa. Muita paz e tranquilidade, um local que faz esquecer todos os problemas e perfeito para descansar.

Estive no hotel à trabalho em eventos. A estrutura é muito boa, funcionários educados. O serviço de coffee break foi muito especial, totalmente personalizado para o grupo. Alimentação, no geral, muito boa e, em especial, o serviço do cardápio boteco para a noite de confraternização estava impecável. O atendimento foi em uma varanda maravilhosa, espaço muito agradável. Com toda a certeza voltaremos com outros eventos. O hotel é antigo e está passando por várias reformas - observei obras em andamento.

Me hospedei por quase uma semana e minha experiência foi das melhores. O hotel é antigo mas muito confortável, os apartamentos são amplos tanto nos quartos como nas áreas comuns. Aréa externa maravilhosa, espaço na área da piscina muito agradável mesmo, funcionários prestativos, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Deixo um elogio em especial ao Sr. Pereira que nos atendeu no buffet do jantar. Ah! Sim a comida estava maravilhosa. Indico e volto com toda a certeza! 😍
