Two adults stayed for 4 nights here in mid-August in a King room and were very satisfied with the hotel located a few miles southwest of Ithaca in a quiet area. Gas, restaurants and stores are located a few minutes away towards Ithaca. The entire staff is super nice. Smallish breakfast area with 6 tables. Food was good with a hot breakfast of fried eggs and sausage links plus the normal fruit, bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, yogurt, etc. Hotel was quiet and furnishings were nice. Room was in good shape except the bath area was somewhat showing its age. A bonus for anyone with an electric car is that they have four chargers available. Would not hesitate to stay here again whenever we come back to the area.

Not sure where all of these good reviews are coming from! This place was run-down and not the cleanest. The price was shockingly high for a motel of this caliber. To be fair it was Cornell and Ithaca college move in day and all of the hotel prices were inflated. But $239 for this hotel was way too much. Staff was friendly, breakfast was fine with many options. But our sink was broken, there was a hole in the wall, paint was peeling, the curtains were old and dusty, and they gave us a room with an empty toilet paper roll! You get what you pay for. Next time I will shell out the $600 a night for one of the better hotels in the area.

This Rodeway Inn and Suites is located just south of Ithaca, NY, on busy Route 13. The hotel campus is a somewhat tired-appearing complex of units on a single story set in a wooded area. The individual rooms open into an enclosed hall entered from the parking lot and secured by keyless entry. The room, a standard king single, was nicely decorated in dark paneled wood, adequately lit. The bed was firm, comfortable and made with good quality sheets and accented bedspread. There was a wall mounted large panel TV, a small microwave oven, a small refrigerator and a desk with comfortable office chair. The bathroom was spotless and the usual toiletries were provided. The breakfast area adjacent to the hotel office was small, furnished with adequate small breakfast tables and chairs. The food service included a waffle station, assorted breads and baked goods, a toaster, microwave, juice machine, cereal station, hot table with breakfast meats, hot coffee, fridge with milk products. A satisfactory breakfast could be assembled. Overall, I would have no hesitation to stay here again. It is a good one night lodging for travelers and within 10 minutes of downtown Ithaca.

Convenient location to Robert Treman and Buttermilk Falls but busy fast moving traffic on this stretch of road. Short drive into downtown. When you pull in, office is on the left along with a small breakfast room. Rooms have interior corridors and are clean, well lit, with coffee makers fridge micros and separate bath/toilet with sink outside. A/C worked except curtains trapped a lot of air. Don’t expect to sit at breakfast. Brief selection and just too few tables. Coffee is lousy. I might try somewhere else next time but if you’re on a budget and don’t expect breakfast here then it’s a fine place to stay.

The place was clean and the deluxe king room was large (even though oddly configured). Hotel was also very quiet. However, always had to flush the toilet twice. The breakfast was also a disappointment - eggs were cold and there was no pepper.

We spent 1 night in Ithaca. Clean and warm room but elevated bed on platform is odd. I’m tall and mattress height was at my hip. A concern for seniors and those smaller stature. Breakfast Buffett was clean and tasty. Smoke choices for all ages. Would stay again

The hotel was clean and the front desk check-in was pleasant. The room was very basic, but fairly well equipped. The noise in the evening was disappointing—other guests playing beer pong in the hall—but the staff took care of the noise after one phone call. While I don’t plan to stay here again, it was fine for the price point.

Great motel, very clean, spacious room, friendly management, and pet friendly. So glad to have found this place while coming from out of town on an unexpected trip. It was a great find and if I’m ever in the area again, I’d definitely book here.

Staff were friendly, personable, compassionate, responsive. They far exceeded my expectations. A business that genuinely cares about the people they provide services to and the community. Accommodations provided during my stay were top-notch. I cannot recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed!

Definitely stay here!! Hard-working family provides a clean, comfortable accommodation for you. And breakfast is included. We have stayed here many times, and always had a good experience. Try to book directly instead of 3rd party.
