Small room with bulky furniture.
Mineral water was given two 135ml cups.
Bedsheets with pilling, low quality bedsheet. Not comfortable to sleep.
Booked for 3 nights but decided to forfeited two nights and booked another hotel nearby.

Had an enjoyable and restful 3 night stay. Room is a little small but clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to explore Sultanahmet as Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Blue Mosque are only minutes away on foot. Breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant that has an amazing view of Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. Tram stations, supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The cleanliness was far below expectations-the room did not feel properly cleaned, I had to ask the cleaning lady to tidy up ,otherwise they would not do it. The noise level was a big issue too, make it difficult to get a good sleep. another big problem was the shower, the water temperature was extremely unstable, suddenly turning very hot or cold without warning, i would not recommend this hotel,

We had a fabulous 3 night stay here. As others have said the hotel is in a perfect location. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Rooms are small but ours was spotless, bed very comfortable and the shower excellent so that was perfect for us. The staff were all really lovely and helpful. It's a family run business which you can tell. We met the owner who was delightful. Breakfast is up on the top floor with great views. We found that breakfast food was slightly odd but that was probably down to our taste. Saying that there was always something we could eat. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay here even though our triple room was fairly small. However it was clean and the location was very convenient to all the touristy sites such as the Blue mosque, Aga Sofya, Basilica Cistern. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around the area. Staff were helpful and friendly especially Han (night duty) And the daytime reception. Breakfast was good too. I do recommend this hotel

This hotel is in a fabulous location. The rooms are smaller (smaller than we anticipated) however the hotel itself is lovely and in an excellent location. Only 8 minutes walk away from 4 of the largest attractions in Istanbul - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Basilica Cistern. The staff are beyond helpful from the Cleaning Team with Inga, to the Reception staff who were always helpful along with the catering team who provided a fabulous breakfast day after day. The Reception staff were very helpful and answered all of queries. Also suggested that if we miss any last ferry home to phone the hotel first for guidance etc. Good to know when its at city of 16 M people that the staff are willing to help and assist you. Would recommend this hotel to friends.
