Best hotel in Istanbul, fantastic location and Bosphorus views, very friendly staff, close the shops and transport. We will be back again for sure

I can say one of my favorite hotels in Istanbul, the location is amazing and the staff are very friendly and welcoming 👍🏻

The position of this hotel is wonderful, quite easy to reach downtown by public transports and over the sea. Unfortunately, till 2am, rooms are surrounded by strong noises and music, really troublesome. Desk and staff warm and efficient.

The views here are simply gorgeous. You can see the Bosphorus right in front, and Asia in the distance. There is also a ferry terminal, Ortakoy right in front of you, so very convenient for getting around. The front desk team is very friendly and helpful. It has the nice intimate feel of a boutique hotel. Look forward to coming back!

The view is amazing, room decoration is designed well, best hotel in Ortakoy area. Location is 10 out of 10 , Near to the bazaar and restaurants. The staff are helpful and supportive. Thanks to umar in the reception for early check in and kindness.

Well,where to start? Don’t be fooled by the hotel pixs . First of all, The room u see in the pix is the penthouse. Not all the rooms have view . Small hotel with the worst possible location u can imagine. Hotel is located next to ortokoy ferry station. Sooo busy and noisy. We had to pay 50 euros more bcuz the room they give us was very bad and small. After paying more they put us in a bigger room. The rooms were very clean. Next to the hotel there were couple of bars and clubs playing music till 3 am . I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights . Absolutely, awful. Staff were very helpful and nice . Big disappointed.

This was our best stay in Istanbul ever! Only positives to share: - Best location due to the Ortaköy Pier in front of the door of The Stay. We just took the ferry to go to Eminönü, Karaköy etc. No tarffic query no nothing! - Very friendly and supportive staff at reception, service and housekeeping! - Beautiful breakfast hall with charming balcony just overlooking widely the Bosphorus; also nice, clean and very fresh breakfast. We loved having a Turkish coffee on this balcony and contemplating the coming and going on the Bosphorus. - Comfortable, spacious suites with flat screen in living area as well as sleeping area, nice coffee and tea set in room, clean bathroom with many amenities. Doubled windows to protect from the nightly noise of Ortaköy place, which was quite enough for us. I have had much more noisy nights in Lizbone for instance!!!! - And when we were tired after an incentive Istanbul day The House Cafe next door was absolutely best choice for a relaxing dinner, again with best views of charming Istanbul. We recommend The Stay warmely and we surely will be back!

This is a great hotel located in Ortakoy in Istanbul. It was built for an Ottoman surgeon by the most acclaimed architect Balyans. One feels like coming back home when entering in from the main iron door. Staff is amazing. Melis the manager hotel front desk Can and everyone was just so lovely. We traveled with our puppy and loved it

Hi - I stayed here because it was a convenient location to a wedding. The staff is lovely. I left some items and they called me about them while I was still at the airport in Istanbul. This showed tremendous integrity and they are helping to return them. The breakfast is lovely and the hotel has character. The rooms are a little small compared to U.S. rooms, but you won't be spending time in your room anyway with all that Berlin offers.

One of the best and most scenic hotels we have stayed at. Overlooking the Bosphorous and right on the water front with great view. The staff is extremely helpful and would go out of their way to make our stay even more comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone lookin for a relaxing vacation with amaziing eateries all walking diatance...a few feet away! 😊 to the staff of THE STAY - u have been amazing!

The hotel has epic atmospheric rooms and an outstanding view. Staff members were courteous and competent. They will assist you in whatever way you require. Particularly at night, the romantic penthouse room has a very distinctive outlook.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent service inside their lounge, fast and vigilant, anticipating our needs. The breakfast was good. The facilities are comfortable and peaceful with an amazing view to the Bosporous. Would recommend 100%.

Hotel from hell. Next to a nightclub with loud music until 4am in the morning. Suites advertised as on the Bosporus but only a side view if you stretch your neck from the balcony. Suite had no bedside tables, no cupboards for clothes and the bathroom stank from old rotten pipes. Unfriendly staff that couldn’t understand English. A total waste of money and we will never stay there again and advise others to stay away
