The hotel worths the cost, it’s in a great location many spots around ya, ( restaurants, bars, clubs , supermarket , transportation). The service is wonderful, front office manager Mr. oner offered us a superior triple room instead of double. He’s very nice and friendly person. The breakfast is amazing, many choices. A Turkish girl and Azerbaijan guy ( my bad I did not remember their names) they are very welcoming and friendly people. I highly recommend this hotel

Very close to shopping area in estiklal Street (Taksim) all just by walking.

I would not stay at this hotel if you Paid Me, Absolutely terrible..gave out false info before booking,breakfast was horrible,no swimming pool,you even had to pay to watch TV, 1st floor smells of cat urine,no Internet,room was a disgrace.

It was a great collaboration from the beginning till the end and appreciated their all efforts. Busra from reservation team was super collaborative and great. Reception, breakfast, restaurant, security, room facilities, gym, spa, location all brilliant and they are doing the best. I fully recommend It for any kind of travelers. This hotel is no way comparable to a 4star hotel.they lack basic amenities.The room is not cleaned at all.The bed linens are not changed even after asking.They just put it upside down.No water is provided in the room other than the day of check in.when asked in reception they told you have to buy.Breakfast options are also basic only the staffs in restaurant are good people.The only thing i can think about good about this hotel is the location.Other than that i don’t think i will ever come and stay in this hotel or recommend to any of my friends or family

Best localisation in takcim as you can visite the famoust square or galata tower in a 5 minutes walk. You can also find the metro of sashin next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is variant and yummy. The staff membres are welcoming and they gave us informations about how to go to each location we wanted to visite. The room are small indeed but you will have everything that you will need.

Excellent hotel in Taksim, the service from staff was excellent and the restaurant was simply superb. We had to stay here in an emergency as our prebooked hotel was overbooked. Pera Tulip exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be booking this hotel for our next visit.

The hotel is in excellent location. Underground, Main Street are near to hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms cleaned regularly. There are no unpleasant odors in the rooms and everything is clean. But there are a few downsides. 1. Honestly, the rooms are a “bit tired”. 2. very strange shower. I never figured out how to use that faucet downstairs. the door does not close tightly. 3. you can not bring visitors, it costs 200€ per night.

Cannot grade this hotel a 4 star hotel when basic amenities like water is chargeable even during the “free breakfast” period. Wifi doesn’t connect in the room. When asked, they said because so many people are trying, buy a sim card and they can give a good deal. It is all about the commission at the reception. I went to reception to as for issue with bathroom, he said “we will take a look, what are your plans for today? We have different tours from hotel”. No water, no wifi. Just there to decorate the reception. There are many better ones around. Forgot to mention towels with blood stains.
