Worst hotel i ever seen in my life,please stay away from this hotel.staff are very rude.i booked AC room when i arrived after long flight they gave me room where AC not working when i complain they gave me small fan instead replacing the room.i speak on front desk and staff is very rude they said u can go other hotel and cancel your booking.breakfast is average not worth the price.

The hotel has a great location, and the room was spacious enough for our stay. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. First, the air conditioning was faulty upon arrival, so we had to call reception for assistance. Thankfully, maintenance responded quickly and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the hair dryer was not working, and even after they replaced it, the new one didn’t work either. As a result, we were unable to properly dry our hair for the entire five-day stay. Another disappointment was the condition of the towels—they were very old and worn out (see pictures). Housekeeping also didn’t change the bed sheets until we specifically requested it after three days. Breakfast was underwhelming. The selection was very basic, and by 9:30 AM, the buffet was often empty. On top of that, the restaurant staff lacked basic customer service skills—they didn’t even greet guests with a simple “good morning” upon arrival. The reception staff also seemed inattentive, often chatting among themselves instead of assisting guests efficiently. Overall, while the location and room size were positives, the lack of proper service, maintenance issues, and outdated amenities made our stay less enjoyable than expected. With better staff training and attention to guest comfort, this hotel could be a much better experience

This Hotel have a excellent location in the old istanbul area, you can walk to Blue Mosque and Sofia in 20 minutes. Just to be fair air conditioner is normal in regular room. if you need like me sleep in a 18C degrees book an upgrade room. Excellent service and restaurant and very welcoming employees work there. I can go again if need it.

The hotel has a very good location to explore Istanbul even walking. The room is spacious, the staff is good and always ready to help. The Spa is not managed directly by them, it is small and therefore I think they shouldn't accept children otherwise it gets loud. I found that sometimes there's lack of attention to the details, but overall my stay was ok

Good conveniently located hotel in the city centre, near the underground and busy street, however quiet what was really great. The room was nice, spacious, air conditioned and clean. Comfortable big bed. Water pressure, hot water - all good.

The staff were nice and very helpful. Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

This hotel is located in a prime location, in the heart of the city, walking distance to shops. Staff are extra friendly, they made our stay very enjoyable. Booked a triple room. Check in was smooth and efficient. Check-in in staff and porter very warm abd welcoming. Answered any questions we needed asked without hesitation. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast not the best selection. The restaurant on the property was just WOW!! That was my best meal during my 6 day stay in Istanbul trying surrounding restaurants. Good location.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, great pool area to spend some time from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul! Good location, close to tram station although we mainly walked as it wasn’t far to nearest attractions

My family and I stayed at this hotel which was our first time in Turkey. The best thing about this hotel was that it was close to everything, restaurants, grand bazar, metro and bars. However the stay was not great. They claimed to have a fitness center which was non- existent. Every time we went, no matter the time it was closed,. They also had two pools which opened at noon and closed at six. Also I booked this hotel through ***********. My flight was changed and had to check out one day earlier. When I explained to them what happened all they said was to call booking. When I did, booking said they sent the change to the hotel but the hotel did not respond. I was in the phone with booking who called them four times while on the phone and no one picked up the phone. There was also trouble with the AC. The majority of the staff was snobby like they were doing you a favor. The breakfast and staff in the breakfast area was good. Do your research before you plan your stay.

Great hotel, walking distance from the nearest metro station. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Fantastic breakfast with a wide choice of continental and cooked options. Easy check-in and all the staff were excellent.
