開始安排的房間的靠近路邊的，第二天換靠海峽的，很好，下次還會住的酒店，餐廳，晚上的氛圍很好，早餐都很好，和預想的一樣的，負責我們的管家特別好，很棒的小伙子

The service is impeccable! Highly recommended for a calm and beautiful stay .the spa and gym are clean , the technogym equipment are the latest. The butler and welcome team are very professional and friendly . I’m a journalist and I have been traveling the world, and this chain of hotels is definitely for those that are looking for a stay that is in a perfect location I’m close to the Bosphorus

Beautiful hotel, and the staff was helpful. In particular, Bayza, who assisted in overseeing many of our requests and bookings and was incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

The MO is a beautiful hotel. Exceptional staff. We were welcomed by Ozer who did a wonderful job throughout our stay making sure all our needs were met. The hotel has one of the best gyms of any hotel. Mostly Technogym cardio and weights, together with a separate Pilates studio. The indoor pool is lovely but only 18m, so a bit short for lap swimming. Spa facilities are very good. Excellent restaurants, beautiful breakfast buffet with seating options on the edge of the Bosphorus. Only issue for me was the number of Shisha smokers in the evening.

Staff members were professional and friendly, particularly a butler named, Eren Dermirci who went over and above to make our stay extremely pleasant. A few nights were a bit noisy but all in all was truly great wonderful experience, in deed!

The hotel itself and every single member of staff are willing to make your journey unforgettable! Breakfasts are very tasty. A big variety of dishes is provided. The Bosporus view from the hotel is just breathtaking! Spa complex is a solid must visit. Special thanks to staff member Özer who kindly took us to an excursion in the hotel and was very helpful throughout our visit!

İt is amazing hotel in Istanbul,especielly view of bosphorus ,and restaurants,i definitely recommend this hotel,thank you Mandarin oriental bosphorus hotel.When you go to this hotel,you will see turkish traditional good and turkish hospitality.

This was my third or fourth time staying at the Mandarin Istanbul. As usual, everything was perfect- a truly five star service and accommodations. The staff is everything. Batuhan, Butler services, was amazing and, Özgür too at concierge services. Also, I can’t forget the breakfast waiters who along with the magnificent Bosphorus view and the yummy food helped make our mornings spectacular. Everything was literally a 10/10- the room, food, location and atmosphere. What a classy and comfortable place to stay! I stayed at others Mandarin hotels and I would say that the one in Istanbul is a class on its own. I feel that the people, the staff, are the ones who make the Mandarin Istanbul an even more special hotel. I will definitely be staying at the Mandarin Istanbul again.
