Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. At check-in, the receptionist gave us a smaller room than we had booked but promised an upgrade the next day. Unfortunately, the next day, we were told the upgrade wasn't possible. The rest of the experience was basic, with very low water pressure in the shower. Overall, not a stay I would recommend..

Very comfortable stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Unexpectedly, I was impressed by the kitchen. There was an electric kettle and we enjoyed coffee and tea. There was also a microwave, so it was easy to heat up a meal in the evening. The bedding was soft and comfortable. And most importantly, the showers were nice! The showers in this hotel are the warmest in Turkey. The owners are very caring and easy to contact if you need anything. The Grand Bazaar is close by and was a fun place to shop. There is also a supermarket nearby. I wish I could have stayed in this hotel more often. I would use this hotel again! Thank you very much.

酒店職員非常友善，因為前一晚酒店爆滿不能early checkin，坐咗陣，傾咗陣計休息一下，感覺良好，酒店外距離大街五分鐘路程，中間有很多很好的抵食餐廳，其中有一間fish restaurant非常抵食

公寓的位置非常方便，就在老城區，離索菲亞清真寺，以及伊斯坦堡的其他主要景點都在步行距離內。 公寓衞生不錯，設備也夠用。 公寓所處街道看上去不怎麼樣，門面也太不起眼，不過進門後就好多了。

Very good place, really clean large rooms even sofa bed. Clean toilets they have cooker microwave fridge. Really good value for money. Central and close to alot of sights/landmarks and transport links. The staff are friendly and very trustworthy always willing to help out. Cleaning is very thorough and everyday.

Its a really nice place to stay near the grand baazar and many other shops around. The price also is very affordable. The management are very welcomingand they can also arrange tours and other activities during your stay for you . I highly recommend!

trés bien placer mais l hotel trés salle j en reviens nous somme encore sous le choc j aime dire la vérité pas de reception pas de fenétre dans la cuisine fuite dans la salle de bains juste une fenetre dans dans la chambre ou impossible d ouvrire jusqu a 23h car ça sent la néoprène car les ouvriers travaillent jusqu'à 23h j'espère juste pouvoir mettre des photos pour vous montrer le quartier fait peur mobilier vetuste le gérant a fait des travaux jusqu'à 23h30 avec perceuse
