Hầu như không ai có thể nói tiếng Anh vì vậy để có được một tách cà phê là một thách thức. Tường ngăn giữa các phòng quá mỏng khiến tôi phải thức gần như cả đêm vì cặp vợ chồng bên cạnh ở đó cả đêm và khi tôi cố gắng gọi điện đến quầy lễ tân để phàn nàn thì họ không thể hiểu được tôi. Tôi đi ăn sáng lúc 7:30 sáng nhưng được thông báo bữa sáng sẽ không sẵn sàng cho đến 8 giờ! Phòng rất cơ bản và không có kênh truyền hình tiếng Anh. Bãi đậu xe đã đầy nên tôi phải tìm một chỗ trên đường phố. Khách sạn nằm khuất giữa những tòa nhà dân cư đông đúc mà tôi không thể dễ dàng tìm thấy. Kinh nghiệm khủng khiếp.

Daha önce belirtmediğimiz için sigara içilen bir odaya verildik. Odalarda sigara içilmesi hoş bir durum değil.

The worst hotel ever… If you don’t wanna lose your money in something low quality, I wouldn’t advise you to go to this hotel. On top of that, a very low educated turkish man that was a client of the hotel staying there, talked to me in insulting way while I was in the stairs to go to my room, after trying to harrass me. Once at the reception, he came down and he even dared to walk to me in order to punch me. Everyone of the hotel staff have seen the scene, but nobody cared. I had to beg for them to call the police. And when the police came, they protected the man. I’ve been to many hotels in different countries and also in Turkey but never seen such a horrible place. Plus the quality of the room isn’t worth it the money you pay for it at all.

Hi ******* Team, I did not know that we are still in 80s and you can freely and officially smoke cigarettes in hotel rooms avoiding Turkish laws about smoking. I checked in “The Bostanci Hotel” last night got the room at the 7th floor. When I entered the floor it was smoking heavily everywhere. When I entered the room it was obvious that someone smoke in the room before. I went to the lobby and told the receptionist about the smell of smoking and he surely responded that 7th and 8th floors’ rooms are dedicated smoking rooms. I was shocked because it is against Turkish laws. I asked for nonsmoking room as it indicated in my reservation. He gave me room at 6th floor. I entered the room and turned the AC on. The smell of cigarette ash is still coming everywhere. As I you can predict smoke can travel indoors! I was so tired to go downstairs and change the room. In addition to all this experience, the bathroom toilet had stains so called clean. I am glad that this is only one night nightmare for me which I couldn’t sleep very well. This hotel is a threat to human health! They don’t follow basic clean principles and breaking the Turkish laws about smoking at the indoor living areas . They need to be penalized and closed until they realize why they are doing. Sincerely, Serdar

The water come up from the shower all the time. That's the only negativ. The stuff are kind and helpfull. They need some english lesson, but we could understand each other. I will choose Bostanci Hotel if i plan to go to Istambul again.

We have made reservation for two rooms, both were dirty and absolutely not hygiene. My wife and myself we have request to clean our room. It was +30 degrees Celsius. Air conditioners were not working properly.

The hotel is standard, and conveniently located. I enjoyed a great massage in the SPA. Breakfast was regular, only Nescafe was offered. I was disappointed by the lack of service, it was very poor and almost rude. -Bar: I was the only customer. When I ordered a cup of tea I was kept waiting to the point that I got up and left. The 3 employees were chatting and could not care less about the customer. Only when I left and complained they offered to bring me a cup of tea to my room. -Front desk: No help with the luggage.

Loved our stay at the Bostanci Hotel. Front desk staff was helpful with every detail and patient with language barriers. The complimentary breakfast each morning was varied and delicious. The room was pleasant and quiet. The hotel is a bit far afield for the average tourist, but public transportation is an easy walk -- both to the Marmaray Line to the old city and to the metro to reach Kadikoy. The ferry port is also close. There is also a pleasant and affordable spa which was happily visited by a couple friends traveling with us.

The staff are very good and helpful.

It did the job. I had a room that hadn't been deep-cleaned or redecorated since the smoking ban came into effect, and the tobacco smell was lingering so moved to a higher, cleaner room. Facilities fine, rooms a little tired but mattress comfortable, bed linen clean and very quiet considering its busy location. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient; I'd be happy to stay again because of them.

Uzun zamandır kaldığım en kötü oteldi.Konumunun güzel olması ve çalışanları hariç otel tam bir fiyasko.40 derece İstanbul sıcağında 3 gün kaldığımız otelde resmen kavrulduk.Klimaları çalışmıyordu yazık ki.Uyardık fakat merkezi bir sorun olduğu için bişey yapamayacaklarını söylediler.Ve temizlik de çok başarısızdı yazık ki.
