One of the best hotels during our Istanbul stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Mehir, at reception and her friends who were guiding us thru all tourist traps in grand bazar and so on. The food was nice.. Simple but delicious.. Just that the location is not accessible to cars during morning hours.. Please pack your luggages well and plan it.

The staff was kind, location was good to get a tram. Blackfast was normal. Room was very clean

Excellent location, amazing and friendly staff. They were very helpful in providing all information. Breakfast is a must have as well.

This hotel is located in an excellent place. Service is good, but I was disappointed the hotel didn't take credit card payments and didn't provide receipts when I asked for them. I was happy with the airport transfer that was available and the tours they managed. They were often promt with pick up and drop off.

I had stayed at Aprilis in the beginning of the year and this stay was also very nice!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Man kann in wenigen Minuten alles erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist frisch und lecker! Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.

我們當天早上6:00的飛機到達伊斯坦堡，到達酒店是早上8:00，酒店經理為我們提前辦理了入住，還為我們提供了免費的早餐，這些都消除了我們坐了一夜飛機帶來的疲憊。酒店推薦的夜遊海峽的遊輪特別精彩。走的時候，大堂經理還為我們約了送機。酒店還借給我們一個公交卡，讓我們的出行變的特別便利。在酒店入住的3天裏，我們度過了一個非常美好的假期。酒店的所有工作人員的熱情周到的服務，讓我們看到了土耳其人民的友好和善良。推薦大家入住。

酒店地理位置較好，但是交通不方便，出租車不願意來酒店，地鐵口拉着行李箱走了很長的路才到酒店。房間比較小，兩張單人床小，勉強夠用
