位置好，服務態度好，性價比很高！ 就是淋浴不好，第一天搞得滿地是水，後來不得不用手拿着噴頭洗

已經很好了，設施的話在老城區已經算不錯了

We booked this hotel online for a one week stay from Jan 3 to Jan 9, 2025. We got an email one week later asking us to cancel our booking because the hotel will not be able to honour it. I asked why, and I got some BS excuse that they have not set availability and prices for 2025. I noticed later that they made the same room available for a lot more money.

The hotel is located in the area of Sultanahmet, all the main monuments are very easily accessible. The owners are really friendly, welcoming and willing to give you all the information and advice you need for your visit. Unfortunately, our double room was not very comfortable: it was very small and, as it was located on the top floor of the structure (similar to an attic), there was not much air circulation; although it had a small terrace on the roof, it was not easy to open the door/window because of the bad smells coming from the nearby restaurants.

We booked over a month ahead for a family of 5. It was listed in the Lonely Planet so we trusted it. However ＜48 hours before our stay we received an unapologetic cancellation via email. The reason given was that the family room wasn't big enough, contrary to the website which allowed us to book the family room for 5. This could've been picked up earlier on in the month, rather than last minute, at which point we were unable to find an alternative accommodation with 3 children in such a central location of Istanbul. The owner offered us an alternative accommodation in the hotel next to door, but at an additional rate of ＞33% of the original price. We had no option but to accept. This alternative placement was completely unacceptable for 5 people, however, that is a different business. It felt slightly like a set-up/con. I can not recommend this for large groups due to the risk of last minute cancellation. Not trustworthy.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce petit hôtel, très tranquille et à 5 mn à pieds de la Basilique Sainte-Sophie et de Topkapi. Gunule, la propriétaire est très accueillante et nous a aidé pour certaines démarches (navette jusqu'à l'aéroport) et conseillé sur les restos des environs. Si nous retournons un jour à Istanbul, c'est sûr nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Oltre ad Istanbul, questo piccolo hotel ha sicuramente conquistato un posto nel mio cuore! Vicinissimo alle principali attrazioni e al lungo mare. Il personale è a dir poco gentile e disponibile. Riescono a farti sentire a casa e a farti apprezzare ancora di più le meraviglie di questa città! Colazione super ! preparata personalmente ogni mattina da un ragazzo delizioso. Camera pulita e molto accogliente. Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi ogni giorno! Tutto ciò, ad un prezzo stracciato! Mai soggiornato così bene!!!

من اجمل الفنادق وهاذي ثاني زياره الاولى كانت مع زوجتي شهر اخوك ناصر البناقي من السعوديه العسل عام 2019 والان مع الاصدقاء حصلنا على حسن الضيافه والاستقبال والنظافه هدوء واستقرار الانترنت ممتاز والغرف مرتبه ورائحتها ليست مزعجه وقت النوم شكراً جزيلاً فريق العمل 🤗❤️
