Ms Lala and Ms Hilal at the reception are very kind, very good at hospitality and interpersonal skills. This is the thitd time we come to this hotel and they always provide top quality service. Mr Yunus Emre Büyükbal is also very kind and top quality person. Our loft suite has a wonderful view and terrace. Our breakfast was open buffet at Floor 4 la torre restaurant. Mr hakan is very careful, dedicated and very kind in la torre. I think he is restaurant manager

Would stay again if not wanting/needing to be in main tourist area. Rooms are a good size and comfortable although a bit worn. Service is excellent as is the breakfast.

I stayed at the Le Meridien Istanbul Etiler during my visit to Istanbul in October 2023. I enjoyed every moment of my stay at this fabulous hotel. What an awesome team of professional staff across the hotel, from the reception to the spa, gym and restaurants. I would like to name Serkan Calis who was distinctly helpful in fixing my room reservation issue and then assisting throughout my stay. Thank you Le Meridien Istanbul and everyone for making my time a memorable one!

I stayed many times at this hotel and overall it was great but this time I have two comments, when I checked in the girl was not so friendly and gave me a smoking room while mine should be non smoking Second, the bathroom sanitary were not good and the shower was leaking and drain was blocked. Other than that no tooth brush or paste was provided

The staff and services were exceptional. The food was extraordinary. I highly recommend staying there!!

Problem with a/c which took days to resolve Cleaning staff left room door open for an entire afternoon when we were out

Over all a very nice hotel with an exceptional view of the Bosporus
