Excellent choice highly recommend. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Mehmed and other staff were so kind and went above and beyond expectations. Morning buffet breakfast was remarkable! Location is excellent everything is walking distance. They will also arrange private transfer to and from hotel (for fee). Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. Also, it’s very clean and modern and newly updated.

Hotel Nena is a great place to stay,The hotel is close to many famous landmarks like the Sultan Ahmed Mosque and Aya Sofia Mosque. It's also conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, as well as the Big Bazaar and the metro station definitely I recommend this hotel and I will stay there next time I'm in Istanbul.

The location of hotel is very good near Aya Sophia, blue mosque, Topkapi palace (walking) and grand bazar (by tram), and many shops around the area. The rooms was small, the cleaning was very good, Breakfast was super and includes variety of choices Moreover, the kitchen service was good and they do whatever you want for example, omelette,..etc.
I just got a bad impression during the check-in. The employee who checked me in was a bit rude and said to me, “I can check you in to the hotel at noon and not now,” since I arrived in the morning. Just because I asked him to see the room before completing the check-in and do the payment. I have the right to see the condition of the rooms because sometimes the pictures on the websites differ from reality. But he was annoyed by that!!!

The location was brilliant with so many attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff on Reception were extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be for the restaurant to purchase a more efficient toaster. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location in the old city. Hotel room was very small so with 2 suitcases it was hard to move around. Breakfast was lovely.
