Service is terrible. You need to chase them for basic needs like water, tea and coffee pods... Their facilities are not open yet, and they gave free upgrade on room for that, which was not a big thing to me, and they didn't even offer a free breakfast as a courtesy ! The only positive side its still a new hotel but unfortunately lacks for proper services.

Very new and clean hotel, I love the fit out of the hotel. Located in a nice and quiet area has plenty of restaurants around and the metro is across the road to take you to the city

Brand new hotel. Good location . I highly recommend it

بعتبر هذا الفندق من افضل الفنادق الفاخرة التي سكنتها ديكورات حديثة والفندق جديد واثاثه انيق ، موقع الفندق ممتاز امام محطة القطار وبجواره مطاعم وكافيهات فاخرة جداً ، موظّفين الاستقبال ودودين ومتعاونين جداً ويتكلموا اللغة الانجليزية ويستحقون تقييم مثالي (100% ).

الفندق جميل وجديد لذلك بعض المرافق لم تفتتح خلال اقامتي مثل السبا , موقعه داخل الحي وليس على شارع رئيسي ويعتبر جيد لمن لديه سياره , اسعار الافطار فيه مرتفعة مقارنة بنوع الافطار المقدم ، بجانب الفندق يوجد مطعم وكافيه خاص بالبلديه اسمه زيتون بورنو بلدية اكلهم جيد واسعارهم مناسبه انصح به

有點偏，出差去的

I booked a Sea Side Deluxe Room at Mövenpick Marmara Sea but was disappointed to find it facing a construction site, with the sea only visible beyond the building. The front desk downgraded me to a Superior Room without refunding the price difference, which was surprising. I booked 10 nights across three rooms (719, 328, 920), yet only 2 nights were credited to my membership, denying me an upgrade. Room service was slow; a club sandwich ordered at 11:30 PM on 14/8/2024 arrived cold at 1 AM. The air conditioning was ineffective, and despite multiple reports, it wasn’t fixed. Additionally, the Turkish breakfast was minimal and not worth the high cost. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, especially considering the price.

I've had too many issues with this hotel Over a short stay. They overcharged me for one of my rooms which I only realised today. The service is no way 5 star nor 4 star. Most of the staff can't even speak English. Someone was smoking on the floor today so we could smell cigarettes from the room itself which was not a good start to the day with young kids. House keeping is pretty much non existent they don't even clean well and today they didn't even do anything apart from empty the bins. It's an absolute joke considering we thought we would be staying at a five star hotel with 5 star service. It was huge regret. They can't even glasses in the room just mugs and they don't give small 500l water bottles only large bottles. How are we supposed to drink water from the bottle especially as no glasses are given. It's been far from an enjoyable stay and I would never stay here again. Very very disappointed. Don't be fooled by the nice rooms as that's the only good thing. Service is below 2 stars.

The hotel is beautiful and well located. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room are a good size and all our needs were seen to. The bathrooms are stunning with modern designs and easily accessible. Room service was pricey but good. There is a very efficient valet service.

الفندق جديد وجميل والسيد سامت للامانه من افضل المدراء الي ممكن تقابلهم ويعرف كيف يرضى العميل ويحل المشكلات هو وفريقه المحترف والمميز بالتعامل مع العملاء. وكذلك يوجد مكان مخصص للاطفال وفي توجد فتاه قمه في المهنيه والأخلاق لكن للأسف لا اذكر اسمها. سكنت بالفندق اول ما فتح شهر أبريل وكذلك شهر أغسطس ٢٠٢٤

19 Temmuz 21 Temmuz 2024 arası konakladık. Çok guzel zevkle dekore edilmiş bir otel olmuş.yemekler çok lezzetli. Çalışanlar da çok ilgili idi. Özellikle merve hanım herkes ile yakından ilgileniyordu. İstanbula bir daha gidersem tercihim movenpick olur.

Ben ilk defa gittim recepsiyon harika valeye kadar çok ilgililer ve özellikle barda yasemin hanım var çom ilgili ve güler yüzlü kendisi ilgili ve diğer arkdaşalarda hepsi güler yüzlü umarım değişmezler çalışnlar süper güvenliğine kadar harikalar.

İnanılmaz güler yüzlü insanlar, her karşılamada. Muhteşem manzara, İstanbul’a farklı bir yerden bakmak çok keyifliydi. Spa bölümü harikaydı, özellikle havuzu ☺️ Çok rahat odalar, banyo, odalarda her detay çok iyi. Evime döndüğüme pişmanım keşke hep kalabilsem…kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum…
