I normally do not write reviews however in this occasion I really feel a need to speak about this trip. By far the best experience I’ve had in a long time. The resort is amazing and it is complimented by the best butler service I’ve ever had. Angel Angel Angel made my stay so comfortable he took care of every detail to ensure I had an experience that would last a lifetime. He is so on point with delivering great customer service. While I’m amazed with the service Angel provided it was duplicated by the entire staff and I would highly recommend.

I had very high hopes staying here, but it was the worst decision I had made. The location is absolutely beautiful, however the customer service and food quality was such a big disappointment. First thing I felt some doubts was on the way to the resort on the catamaran. Not one single drink was offered at the pier ( though it had a bar ), nor on the catamaran. I was expecting to receive at least a bottle of water for what we have paid. I later found out with my friend who boarded on the 10am trip, and they were served drinks. Why is there a difference in service? As soon as we arrived to the resort, we went to have breakfast. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come get our order. During the 15 minutes I put my hand up for attention, made eye contact with the servers, but everyone ignored me. Their first priority was cleaning the tables. One server even told me that he will be back to get my order, but then forgot and went back cleaning tables and didn't return. I also noticed that guests who had been seated after us were served water. We didn't even get a glass of water for the first 20 minutes. Even when being taken our order, the server's voice language was very rude. I told my butler about my experience, and later on his manager came to talk to me. The first thing he said was't an apology, it was an excuse, that they were missing 2 people at the restaurant that morning, therefore it was busy. Does that matter to the guests? Just because they were missing staff, doesn't mean the guests have to understand their circumstances and have a bad experience. How much do you think we are paying for a night? For dinner we made a reservation at the Italian restaurant since they told us that it is the most popular one, and that one of the chef used to work at a MICHELIN restaurant in Italy. The food was not good. Some lacked seasoning, the pastas were over boiled. And the customer service was yet again horrible. By the time it was 21:15, we were the last guests there. Closing time is 22:00. As soon as we were the only ones left, they started to prepare to close down setting the other tables for the next day. It would have been fine if they would have still attended us asking for more drinks, or even dessert. Instead, nobody cared for us, and they were chatting to each other and causing a lot of noise with the cutlery. Though we still had food and hadn't ordered dessert, we felt the pressure to leave. I couldn't believe how poorly we were treated. The customer service of F&B at this resort was just like at fast food chains. The food we ordered at MERCADO was disgusting. One of the worst food I have had at a resort. You can tell how bad it is just by looking at the photo. The only people I want to thank at this resort is Kembly at the cafe, and Bryan from the entertainment team. When I posted my experience on my instagram, I received a few people saying they had similar bad experiences at this resort. For what I have paid, it was not wort

My trip here was spectacular, we were there for 5 days and didn’t feel the need to even leave the resort. The food is way better than usual for an all-inclusive. Everything you need is attended to!

Wonderful place to spend honeymoon :) We loved every sigle moment of the day in Secret Impression. The beach, several swimming pools, funny activities and delicious all inclusive reataurants. Espeically our butler Edgar and Angel helped us to adjust the resort quickly and gave us really fast What's app response! Thanks to them my wife and I had a spectacular time :-) Strongly recommed who are planning honeymoon in Cancun!

This place is the best resort I've ever stayed at! From the catamaran pick up and warm greetings by your butlers, they know how to make their guests feel like queens and kings. The most impressive part is the staff. No matter who you encounter, they go out of their way to serve you with a smile. After a couple of days, they start to remember your name and they truly look excited to serve you again. Most people I am sure know this already, but do bring extra cash to tip the staff and get to know their names. I know it's not required but the staff really appreciate it. I brought a few hundred dollars worth in different denominations to take care of them as they took care of us. Edgar and Angel were great butlers who always answered our questions promptly and strived to give us great service. A shout out to our waiters Mario, Carlos, George and Katie, bartenders Reyes and Justin (I may have gotten Justin's name mixed up) at the welcome lounge and Edwardo at the coffee shop. Pedro was our e-bike tour guide. He was patient during our tour and thorough in explaining the history of the island. He also took the time to find us throughout the stay. Book your Hibachi experience early, Chef Tony will give you great entertainment and delicious food. I never got a chance to get their names, but all the hostess ladies at the restaurants were wonderful as well. Be sure to go to the rooftop for sunset and sunrise. The views are spectacular in all directions. Truly a memorable experience for us and we are recommending this paradise to our friends and family!

You will definitely by impressed by "Impression By Secrets". Every need you may have will addressed and taken care of. I was especially impressed by having my personal butlers (Wedinzon and Erick). They were the best!!!

I only had the pleasure of staying at Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets for one day, but it left a lasting impression. The views of the sea were absolutely stunning—truly one of the most picturesque locations I’ve ever experienced. Service during our stay was excellent, and we dined at the Italian restaurant, which was a highlight. The food was delicious and high-quality, and the authenticity was clear, with the head chef being Italian. My father, who’s from Naples, was thoroughly impressed with the dishes. While I can't speak to the longer-term service or value, my brief experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for breathtaking views and incredible dining, I would definitely recommend staying here.
