Club Med Kabira Ishigaki

攜程上clubmed的訊息實在太少了，來更新一下。 這是一個非常適合親子的酒店 一日三餐美食和指定酒水暢飲:三頓飯非常豐富，最愛甜品區。 4-10歲小童俱樂部:晚上有mini club，還可以約很多小課程。也可以把小孩託管，自己去玩。非常喜歡kids club的員工，小朋友第一天比較內向，但是第二天就融入了。 Bar：任何時間都能去喝一杯的地方，晚上還有節目。 房間：太潮濕，睡的被子也是潮濕的，衣服自己幹是不可能的，如果比較介意用公用洗衣烘乾機的，那衹能多帶點衣服了，有一台除濕機，但是噪音太大。 交通：去機場衹能by taxi 大概6500日幣單程，最近的匯率讓自己終於有了在日本叫出租車的勇氣。 出酒店活動：去了一個民俗村看了猴子，酒店幫忙訂的車，出租車費加門票大約1w日幣，還可以定跳島的項目，但是取決於天氣，所以儘量避開台風季。 服務：這個酒店 check in環節是不看護照的，所以拿到房卡看一下是不是自己的名字，畢竟我們有太多同姓。第一天住了小半天才發現不是自己定的房間，這個小失誤比較不像日本酒店會犯的。當你把所有行李攤開再收起來是件非常崩潰的事。 吃飯的時候會有酒店staff來問你能不能一起坐，這是clubmed的特色吧，但是對i人來説怕是腳趾頭要摳出三室二廳了。 最後，回沖繩那霸機場的商店街非常好逛，我們沖去了奧萊，沒時間好好逛有點可惜。奧萊在那霸機場到達層3號門口的4番的車站，車票250日幣一人小孩半價，單程大概20分鐘。可以把行李寄存在機場的locker。 感謝Stella小姐姐，Ray。

這家clubmed評價比較少，寫份點評為了給後面的人蔘考。 就clubmed本身來説，這家屬於躺平擺爛型clubmed。台灣GO會比較熱情一些，在這裏表揚angel,kira，給了我們很多幫助和好的建議，幾次還不錯的體驗都是兩位台灣GO的功勞。但是這家clubmed服務人員非常少，人手不足帶來體驗感很不好。半夜房間停電，沒有工作人員，等了很久才有人來修理。入住期間可能因為有颱風關係，村外活動都取消了，海灘也關閉了。 餐廳服務人員也不足，GO一臉漠然，與幾個月前去過的星野形成鮮明反差，孩子們很詫異這裏的GO為什麼板著臉，大堂吧點飲料也遇到過板著臉的GO。食物來講中規中矩。 硬件設施方面，可能因為年代久遠，年久失修，房間小，潮濕，不乾淨，且瀰漫著一股臭臭的味道。床鋪潮濕，幾乎一兩個小時就要醒一次。酒店的衞生狀況一言難盡。 村外遊活動比較豐富，如果沒有取消的話應該很好玩，但是因為颱風全部取消了。颱風還比較常見。 總之，就海島度假型clubmed而言，不太推薦這家，當然也有可能和颱風體驗不好有關係，但是感覺工作人員比較擺爛，並不在乎客人體驗。推薦民俗村看猴子和玻璃船看魚，孩子們比較喜歡，但其實也沒必要住在clubmed，感覺島上ANA酒店設施也很好，可以讓酒店直接叫車去川平玻璃船和民俗村，並不是Clubmed 獨有。 推薦：通過攜程預訂 Clubmed有個好處，就是很多問題可以讓攜程客服去溝通，這次攜程的酒店管家和機票管家幫了我大忙，如果我自己和Clubmed ，航空公司去撕，一是語言不通，二是不夠專業，攜程幫忙處理效率很高，客服也比較有責任心。 對比下來，北海道夏天的星野clubmed非常值得去，涼爽的氣候，美麗的山景，熱情的GO，北海道的食物，以及clubmed房間也很乾凈。 這次石垣島踩了大坑，以後海島遊儘量去海邊設施好一些的度假酒店，避免這種年久失修躺平擺爛的酒店。

clubmed 的特點是吃住玩一條龍，村裡活動比較多，適合帶孩子去。這個村風景好、服務也不錯、飯菜比較好，主菜一份量大，有點負擔，麪包好吃。位置比較偏，去機場需要提前預約。

Very quiet place, best service across all club Meds so far. Enes, Shuto and Tenny made this trip especially memorable thanks to their genuine care and assistance during this trip. Hoping to bring back the entire family. Suggested improvements: internet speed (wifi) in some of the more remote rooms

Enes in the restaurant was the friendliest and most welcoming member of your staff. He was very attentive to our needs and was always happy to help us. Enes was very professional, polite and respectful; he truly made our dining experience wonderful.

We had a great family stay and we will definitely come back to club med Kabira or another one. The GO were awesome and service of Benjamin at the Diving center and especially the snorkeling we did with Ken was just Amazing! Thx to the awesome General Manager who was always their to meet all our attentions, Natsumi-san in the adventure, the restaurant manager: Omni, the GO lady at the beach sport center, Carole & Stella at the front desk….etc. always their to assist. All in all THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! We will remember this stay for a long long time ;-) Cheers

We had a wonderful stay. One of the highlights was having dinner with G.O.s Man and Alice. It was so much fun connecting with them and then seeing them around the hotel and in the nightly shows. Man was Superman in one of the circus shows! Man learned we wanted to go on the snorkeling trip and helped us get signed up and swim tested. Then he checked on us a few times to make sure we were having fun. Thank you!!

Pick up from the airport was easy and convenient. Arrival at the resort was nice, a cold jasmine tea was quite welcomed. As we checked in, we were told there was no junior program which was quite disappointing for my daughter. It would be nice if they had emailed us a few days before to let us know it would not be open as we could've prepared for that. The mini club program was great, lots of activities and my other daughter loved it. The restaurant was nice, different types of food each time was fun. It was super windy so many of the water activities were canceled which was sad but we were able to get 1 time snorkeling which was great fun. The bad part was our room had a major ant infestation. While I understand insects are part of staying on an island. But there were lines of ants across both of our rooms. 2 of my daughters beds had ants on it. We called at 9pm when we saw it, they apologized and said they'd send someone right over. 930, nobody came so we called again and once again apologies and someone is coming. 945, we had to call again and asked for someone to come now or switch our room. Magically 5 minutes later, someone came and sprayed and wiped the ants up. Then left. No changing of sheets or anything. So we were left with a room of bug spray and ants still on the bed. So we paid for 2 rooms and used only 1 because my daughters had to sleep in our room. The next day we went to the front desk to complain and once again an apology. They said they would come clean. You would think that means they would change the sheets. But we can back later that night and the beds were made, new towels but the sheets had not been changed, how do we know? Because the smashed dead ants were still on the cover. But they left us a can of bug spray so we could spray for ourselves...Which we had to do. Many people rave about how wonderful and friendly the staff are. I can see and understand that as we saw the staff bringing drinks to people, stopping and chatting with them but we didn't experience this. The only staff that were above and beyond were the mini club people. They were always friendly and greeted my kids. As we checked out, the GM stopped and asked about our stay and I told him. We got another apology....saying sorry does not fix the issue that my kids had to sleep with us because of ants.
