Very nice hotel, perfect location, very clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Very good sphere, friendly staff. We really felt at ease. Did not use the spa, so cannot comment on it. Overall, an excellent week with friends and family. Highly recommanded hotel.

My stay in alpin was great. Convenient location and friendly staff. You immediately feel comfortable. The rooms were modern and clean. The food in the Thai restaurant, they have was really good. Great a**osphere overall.

Generally a nice stay, it’s a charming clean hotel with a cosy spa and good food. Overal a very friendly and helpful staff beside the less gracious Mrs. Nadine (GM). From rolling her eyes to guests, hanging up phone when calling for informations with an attitude. Very reasonable she is not operating in the Royal hotel, would be a total no go. As a frequent traveller and restaurants co- owner I’m experienced to say customer service is a big part of guest satisfaction.

Perfectly located between good afterski locations, ski rentals and the path to the slopes. Awesome breakfast, Awesome dinner resturant, but what I would like to highlight above everything else is the service minded staff. The staff deserve a big pay raise!

Alleen gebruik gemaakt van het à la carte restaurant, tijdens ons verblijf elders in Ischgl. Het bedienend personeel onderscheidt zich zeer en was vriendelijk en ervaren. Thnx Ioana ! De keuze in gerechten was voldoende. De prijs-kwaliteit is goed, cf Ischgl. De porties zijn voldoende. Het eten was erg lekker en de zeer malse, lekkere steaks zeer aan te bevelen. Gaan er elk jaar terug.

Tutto eccezionale, struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, posizione centralissima, a due passi dagli impianti di risalita, dalle terme e dai locali. Ogni persona dello staff ci ha fatti sentire come a casa e ci ha aiutati in ogni esigenza. Ottima la cucina del ristorante interno, aperto dalle 18:00 alle 22:00. Molto bella anche la zona spa, con due saune, bagno turco, idromassaggio e zone relax con materassi ad acqua riscaldati.
