Top notch customer service. Great pool service & quality of food. The view from the pool to the lake was stunning. They gave me a no hassle 10am check in and a 2pm check out.... I def recommend & I don't think you'll find a betrr pool in the area MN

The Hotel overall is excellent except the old bathroom features mainly in the bathtub/shower. The staff deserve 5 stars, they are cordial and very friendly.

The Omni Las Colinas is a wonderful place for family and business occasions. We stay often. Great service, very nice amenities, always clean and the whole area around this place on the canal is scenic.

The location of this hotel is awesome! Great walking trail around the lake and easy access to restaurants. Pool area is very relaxing.

My room was 1612. Everything was fine until about 1:00 am we kept hearing knocking noises on the window.popping noise not sure what it was, but wouldn’t let us sleep good. I mentioned it to Daniel on Saturday nightat front desk, and said he will get someone to check on it, but no maintenance person never came by.on Sunday i mentioned a second tome to a lady at the front desk again. They said they will look into it but never heard or saw no one came by.we went ahead and checked out and left. Oh the chargers on the table did not work chargers kept coming out own their own…i would like for Omni to give me sone credit or at least one free night for all the troubles i went through this weekend. Let me know Thank You!

Ronald at Check In was so friendly and helpful, rest of staff was great as well. Room was more than expected, beautiful views. Love the Omni!

Overall, my stay was decent, however, I must say that I was a bit disappointed considering the 4-star rating of the hotel.
Upon entering my room, I noticed some visible cracks and paint peeling on the walls. Additionally, there were some minor holes in the walls that were a bit concerning. For a hotel with a 4-star rating, I expected the rooms to be up to high standards.
I chose to stay at your hotel because my fiancé loves the Omni hotel chain and we were both looking forward to a luxurious experience. However, for the price and rating, I was not completely satisfied. While the staff was great and made our stay comfortable, the overall presentation of the room took away from our experience.
I hope you take this feedback into consideration and work towards maintaining the high standards that are expected from a 4-star hotel.

Room 2712 has sheetrock cut in bathroom, wallpaper bad in areas as well as cracks in ceiling. I stopped looking after that. I valet my vehicle after coming in and I had to park my om vehicle.
