Sẽ thật tuyệt nếu khách sạn lên kế hoạch cho một bất ngờ nhỏ trong ngày sinh nhật vì khi đặt phòng, tôi đã nói đó là để tổ chức lễ kỷ niệm sinh nhật. Phòng sạch sẽ tuy nhiên mặc dù chúng tôi đã đặt studio nhưng chúng tôi không thưởng thức bữa sáng. Nơi ăn sáng ồn ào, xếp hàng dài, đề nghị khách sạn có thể cân nhắc sử dụng phòng chờ làm lựa chọn cho bữa sáng. Khôn ngoan khác, vị trí là tuyệt vời! Đồ uống từ deckgastro thật tuyệt vời và phòng, bể sục sạch sẽ.

Khách sạn tốt nhưng không trả lời cả 3 tin nhắn yêu cầu gửi hành lý của tôi trước đó. Bên cạnh cuộc diễu hành Ipoh là nơi ăn uống khi trời mưa.

Stayed in 2 different rooms in 11th and 12th floor for my two nights in Ipoh. Not much difference to the rooms even though prices differ between Superior King & Telegraph Concept Cosy type. I cant recommend the arrangement & service during breakfast slot as what i experienced was disappointing.

Weil Hotel was pleasant to stay in. It is conveniently connected to the Ipoh Parade mall through the ground floor. The rooms are clean and well furnished with good quality soap, shampoo, toiletries. Appreciated the availability of filtered drinking water at the lobby and in each room as well as this is a feature i have never seen in any other hotels. The breakfast spread is excellent with a nice ambience in the eating area. Staff are friendly and helpful, asking us how the food was and opening the front doors at the main entrance. Check in and check out was smooth. The lifts are also secured with card scanning security feature to allow only guests to access the rooms. My family and I had a lovely stay here. We will definitely pick Weil Hotel again if we visit Ipoh next time. Attached are photos of the infinity pool on the top floor at sunset which offers panoramic views of Ipoh city.

Everything was great parkng shared with ipoh parade shopping mall. Break has improved al ot compared to 3 years back. Supper is also provided

Super good location, connected to the shopping mall which is really convenient esp during hot daytime. Just need to note that the connecting gate btw hotel and mall closes at 10 pm. Free supper 11pm till 12 if you got breakfast included in booking, which we didn’t expect. Breakfast was good esp porridge, chicken hor fun, Chang fun. Try to book rooms in level 12, as the lounge got free flow soft drinks and tea/coffee 24 hours, and finger food and wine are served during 5-7pm. Room service esp Elly is supper helpful! Overall very nice stay !

Location is great, has a mall next door that had Watson, Guardian, Chagee Facilities a bit aged, twin bed is quite small and pillows uncomfortable, high and bumpy and doesn’t really support your neck. One thing I cannot understand is why the two slippers are not of the same standard? One is soft and thick and the other one is thin as paper. Came with breakfast, but we didn’t try and had dim sum instead.

The quality and selection were impressive, making it a great start to the day. Overall, the combination of excellent service, luxurious accommodations, and a convenient location makes the WEIL Hotel a top choice in Ipoh. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Great location just beside ipoh parade mall. Room was clean and able to refill your water bottle for free. Bath shower gel and shampoo was good too. Good value for a top tier stay in ipoh!

Clean hotel and great convenient location next to a fairly large shopping centre. Only 10-15 minutes away from the airport as well.  The breakfast can definitely be improved upon though.

Good hotel that’s linked to Ipoh Parade. Near a few good massage places. The breakfast had a good spread, but the quality wasn’t great… fruits usually the same, white coffee was subpar, western coffees tasted better. Room, was spacious and generally comfy. Had it’s on filtered water tap in bathroom, that you can fill up in the glass bottles provided. Fridge wasn’t really cold. Toothbrush not provided.

I accidentally dropped my room card and approached to receptionist for assistance, and he mention we had signed the T&C during check in, which there is a fine if lost room card. No empathy show and without any concern how we going back to room or offer escorts us go back to the room instead of I need to recall where I dropped my room card. Fortune enough I found my room card after 30mins walk around Ipoh Parade. Kindly train him improve on his customer service, or standing at the reception counter doing nothing.

Service is extremely bad. Reception staff is terribly untrained and impatient. Check in staff did not mention anything about breakfast which was included. Please think twice about staying in this hotel. It is pricey and service is totally unacceptable. They even skipped housekeeping on one day. Sighs. This hotel is getting from bad to worst. Will not come back.

Great location near the airport with a nice view. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was okay but could be improved. However, the room was not soundproof, so outside noise was an issue, and the toilet sink had drainage problems
