I stayed at this B&B for 2 nights recently. Maggie and Malcolm were extremely helpful with recommendations for activities and printed maps to give to me. On the morning I checked out, they very kindly stored my luggage until late that evening while I went on a tour and then helped me arrange transportation when I finally got back. Maggie also packed me a lunch to take on my tour without me even asking. The room and bathroom were also very clean and inviting. Location is also great being very close to the city center (but in a neighborhood, so still quiet for sleeping). Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler I’m a foreign country and the way I was taken care of. I would definitely love to return again!

A home away from home, Maggie and Malcom the owners are amazing! They make you feel right at home and give you very useful information. The guest house is very close to local shops and local transport, it’s centrally located and it’s very quiet. There is a personal touch to this place, it’s definitely worth a visit!

Pitfaranne guest house was so beyond expectations, Maggie and Malcom. were so welcoming. Close to City Center and easily walkable if you have no transport. They looked after us so well, felt like being part of a family. Our room and beds were so clean and comfortable, breakfast was beautifully cooked and set us up for the day. Nothing was to much trouble for them, recommending Pitfaranne Guest House is an absolute pleasure, 5 stars isn't enough.

Maggie and Malcom were delightful hosts! They were very responsive to questions I had prior to arrival. Our room was clean and adequately furnished with what we needed during our stay in Inverness. They promptly brought us a fan when I was concerned about getting too hot (which I never did). The breakfast was delicious. We loved the location for walking to downtown businesses. They kindly arranged a taxi for our morning of departure, which was much appreciated. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer than 2 nights and not getting to visit with Maggie & Malcom more. We are hoping to be repeat visitors to Inverness and to Pitfaranne Guest House!

Loved staying here! The dedicated parking spot really helped my wife and I - visiting from Canada - who weren't the best at parking on tight UK streets. Hosts were lovely and accomodating and would recommend to anyone!
Also - very close to the downtown of Inverness!

Margaret and Malcolm are great hosts and really looked after us during our stay. Room was spotless, really comfy bed and lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. 5 mins walk from the centre of town, great access to the highlands, Loch Ness and a number of golf courses. Highly recommended.

Wonderful twin room! My best night of sleeping since traveling! Comfortable bed & bedding! Bathroom was snug & sufficient! Good Scottish breakfast! Parking on street or by house, your choice! Walking distance to food & fun!

Malcom and Maggie are simply outstanding hosts. They took a personal interest in our visit and provided fantastic options as we chatted most pleasantly. We actually changed a day trip based on Malcom's advice and it was wonderful. Turned out to be much better than we had hoped. The rooms are clean and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had on our Scottish excursion -- Thank you Maggie! The Inn is located just a 5 min walk to great restaurants, shopping and and downtown Inverness. Most highly recommend this exceptional B&B. It is now our GOTO accommodation on all future trips in their locale. Loved it!

Malcolm and Maggie could not have been more accommodating hosts. They were truly interested in our daily excursions and offered up many helpful suggestions (the commando's monument in route to Oban was outstanding). If you are looking for dour Scots none will be found here - just two joyful enthusiastic people. Comfortable, quiet rooms located an easy walk to town and shopping and a fairly simple process to drive out of town to other attractions.
