The downstairs bathroom has a shower as well. Now one would think that with all those showers it is a short matter of time before you run out of hot water. Knowing that we would want to accommodate larger groups of people we installed a high capacity-on-demand hot water heater. So regardless of how many showers or faucets are running simultaneously, you will never face the discomfort of a cold shower. Downstairs: 9 Foot ceilings with a broad entryway and plenty of room for all your jackets and footwear.
