Welcome to paradise in the woods! Our Resort Community home sits on the golf course and is surrounded by tall pine trees making for beautiful views. Nature lovers will enjoy visits from the many deer and great variety of birds. Ask about renting our golf cart to explore all the resort amenities like golf, restaurant, pool, putt-putt, disc golf, playground, basketball, tennis, pickleball, hiking, boating, swimming, & fishing.Our 3 bedroom home includes a Master bedroom with Cal- King adjustable bed, smart tv and full bath en suite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a single over double bunk bed and a stand alone single bed. This room can accommodate 4 adults but is more comfortable for 3-4 kids. The living room and master bedroom both have smart TVs for your enjoyment. A screened in back porch is perfect for morning coffee and nature watching. Deer roam the property making this perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book. The back also has a fire pit, charcoal grill, horseshoes game, washers game, and the porch has a combo air hockey/pool/ping pong table. The house has a variety of board games and a Wii console.
