Full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside medium-sized deck. NO TV SERVICES AT ALL. Queen bed in a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub located in the hall between the living room and bedroom. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.Located in the Village of Angel Fire on the way to the Ski Area.A fully stocked grocery store is located conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions; and multiple food joints nearby, as well as along the main street a little further away.The very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches. If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink. It's potable water but bring bottled water if the tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals. I cook and wash with it but I drink bottled water only when I'm there.The stairway and door constitute a private entry.I will provide you with a passcode for the deadlock. It is in a condominium building with other condos and condominium buildings around. The balcony is a decent size but runs flush against the next-door neighbor's -- so there may be limited privacy out there.The stairway is a bit steep so Tree Top is best suited for ADULT GUESTS ONLY -- no children and pets. It can be slippery with snow and rain -- so please be careful!The condo complex no longer provides satellite TV services. This is a GREAT family vacation home! Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 guest bedrooms have queen beds and the master has a king with a in suite bathroom and TV. The open floor plan includes a gorgeous dining table that seats 8. Dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen which has a large counter bar area and seats 4 more. The living area is large and includes a fireplace and 60" TV. This open space is also accompanied by large windows to see the passing deer, chipmunks, hummingbirds, and elk. Downstairs has another large living area with fireplace, TV, & ping pong table. It has 2 extra large bedrooms. The first bedroom has outstanding bunk beds with queen mattresses on top and bottom.
