It is in a great location and close to the underground.  Check-in and out were a smooth process. The room is overall a nice size. The AC was a plus, however some areas of the room could have been cleaner.

Travelled to London for a concert in Wembley area. The hotel was lovely, very good location to the underground & any events in Wembley Arena or Stadium. Kind, attentive staff, the room was very clean, good amenities. Only thing I'd mention is that the hotel reception has multiple automatic check-in desks that ask you for the surname of the lead guest or the booking reference, but when you try ti enter either, you cannot enter numbers (my confirmation number had both letters and numbers, similar thing with the surname as the machine later asks you for the postcode). No concerns or issues other than that, very happy with the stay!

Had a lovely stay, comfortable beds and quiet floor and the staff were great. However, unfortunately there was no hot water at all due to there being a building work issue and my much needed shower after working in a hot kitchen all day was quite rushed and unpleasant. My husband also had his shirt stained by a member of the kitchen staff slashing food on him at the breakfast buffet. Even though these issues were resolved and dealt with accordingly, it's worth the mention

酒店服務員好好/地方清潔。問題係新訂房時總数另人混淆同埋比晒錢trip.com後，酒店自己比email 我話未正式confirm, 一定要入佢比條link 要比到passport or license copy先至係confirmed,仲有到左check in 1day before 又收佢一長長長email 話要点点点做/跟本呢間係service apartment, not hotel ,D條例好好煩/仲有入住前又話要比GBP252. deposit, 後尾和trip double check 先知吾晒(太多煩野去訂呢間)。如佢哋 bookings hotel policy 不改，我不會再訂。

Beautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time.

Booked it for its close proximity to OVO Wembley Arena and Wembley Park metro station. Finished watching a concert that night and returned to the hotel with approximately 7 minutes of walk. However, it is also located close to the main road and you can hear vehicles driving outside your window. That noise is within an acceptable range though. The real torment comes from the ventilation fan in the toilet. It will automatically turn on and there is no way to stop it. The fan makes quite a loud buzzing sound and for people like me that are hard to fall asleep, it is truly annoying.

Can’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.

It was very clean, location perfect only the parking coz need to pay and you cant get free parking outside street. But recommended hotel , budget good . We willl definitely book again
