設施：很好，房間在高處，門口有花圃。酒店自帶餐廳，烤魚米飯很好吃！早餐簡單了點，但是服務態度很好。 衞生：非常乾淨，地上掉了米粒，服務員結賬的時候順手都要清理走。 環境：遠處可以看到菲萊神廟。對於看了太多神廟懶得再坐船專門去看的人來説，是一個大加分項。 服務：非常好！老闆大叔、主廚大叔都很認真，抵達當天就會詢問第二天日程，以及出發趕航班時間，提前安排好船。在阿斯旺市區遊玩後想回程的話，建議提前半小時聯繫酒店安排好船來接。去酒店的船碼頭打車位置建議indrive或谷歌搜尋“benben酒店打車點”，當地司機都認識。這個價格和view，真沒有可以挑剔的了。建議在酒店直接看落日，不要去阿斯旺市區。這次最後悔的就是折騰去老瀑布酒店那邊坐啥落日帆船，還沒有這個酒店餐廳坐着看落日更美，可惜錯過了。

RẤT KHUYẾN KHÍCH! Trước hết, nó giống như ở cùng gia đình bạn xa nhà, trong một khu vực rất thân thiện với khách du lịch nói chung cũng như khách sạn. Tất cả người dân Nubian đều thân thiện và trung thực; đặc biệt nếu bạn đến từ một nơi nào khác ngoài Ai Cập, bạn sẽ cảm thấy sảng khoái khi thoát khỏi việc mặc cả. Khách sạn sắp xếp phương tiện di chuyển Abu Simbel (cách đó 3 giờ) với hộp cơm trưa cho chúng tôi vào sáng sớm lúc 04:00 sáng, chúng tôi quay lại vào khoảng 1 giờ chiều và tham quan Đền Philae sau đó trở về khách sạn (nơi ấm cúng của chúng tôi home) và Ahmed đưa chúng tôi đến làng với tư cách là người địa phương, được hướng dẫn và cung cấp giá cả hợp lý, chúng tôi trải nghiệm văn hóa của họ khi nhìn thấy khung cảnh xung quanh được sơn lộng lẫy cũng nhảy vào những ngôi nhà địa phương với rùa và cá sấu, và họ đã cung cấp cho chúng tôi phương tiện di chuyển đến Ga Xe lửa Aswan. Tôi thậm chí còn cảm thấy buồn vì phải rời xa một nơi có đầy đủ anh em. Cảm ơn Ahmed (cả hai), cô Mai, Mohammed và Islam. Many celebrities have stayed at this hotel, where I enjoyed the view worth seeing from anywhere while staying in a fabulous room. Especially the view of the Nile from the rooms is breathtakingly beautiful. I can't help feeling how much effort goes into maintaining the hotel's facilities, including the garden. Moreover, as an attention to detail, towels in the room are embroidered with the hotel logo, and the cotton package containing the hair dryer is also embroidered with ”Wonderful hair begins with a little wind” . I would like to express my respect to all the people who have continued to put such attention to detail into their work! I would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to visiting again in the near future!

食物：提供當地食物，價格公允，味道不差👍 服務：服務不錯，部分工作人員會英語，溝通無障礙；來回一次坐船免費，住店期間出去坐船的話來回200磅，去菲萊神廟來回400磅（好像是因為神廟碼頭要收取一些費用）；我們問酒店預訂了車輛去阿布辛貝神廟，4100埃鎊，略貴但是好像是正規公司提供的服務，駕駛員人很好👍 環境：酒店正對菲萊神廟，從碼頭坐船到達酒店所在的島，大約需要十分鐘，尼羅河的景色很美：房間裏會有一些壁虎出沒哈哈哈，但是上廁所和洗澡沒有問題，比想象中的衞生條件要好一些。 總體來説值得推薦，沒有wifi，但是是有趣的自然體驗。

A little hard to access by car, but located just a few steps away from the market, as it’s on the edge of the Nubian village. Service overall was ok, with them offering to prepare breakfast boxes for us, as we were heading to Abu Simbel early morning, though dinner service was very slow and staff weren’t as attentive.

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

Excellent room, and very friendly and sincerely caring staff. The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Monica the Guest relation manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay is at its best. Ibrahim from the breakfast restaurant always prepare our breakfast to go as our excursions were very early. Thank you Tolip staff for making our stay memories unforgettable. THANK YOU.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind in einem rustikalen Stil, haben aber alles Grundlegende vorhanden. Einzig die Lage gibt dem Hotel hier deutlich Minuspunkte, da es doch sehr außerhalb und in einer ungeteerte Straße liegt. Ein Uber / Taxi zu bekommen war dementsprechend nicht so einfach.

It’s a 2 sided coin with this hotel, some positives and some negatives in all areas. Location is very close to the Nile river and train station which is convenient but the balcony of our hotel room looked out on some garbage tipping sights that were always crazy busy with construction, wild dogs barking, and Islamic prayers blaring from speakers until the early hours. The service at reception was okay depending on who was there at the time and they did organise the trip to Abu Simbel on a day’s notice. The wifi never worked but the room was clean and comfortable enough. Overall, not bad price for the room - reconsider using if you have trouble sleeping with loud noises or need wifi.
