Many celebrities have stayed at this hotel, where I enjoyed the view worth seeing from anywhere while staying in a fabulous room. Especially the view of the Nile from the rooms is breathtakingly beautiful. I can't help feeling how much effort goes into maintaining the hotel's facilities, including the garden. Moreover, as an attention to detail, towels in the room are embroidered with the hotel logo, and the cotton package containing the hair dryer is also embroidered with ”Wonderful hair begins with a little wind” . I would like to express my respect to all the people who have continued to put such attention to detail into their work! I would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to visiting again in the near future!

RẤT KHUYẾN KHÍCH! Trước hết, nó giống như ở cùng gia đình bạn xa nhà, trong một khu vực rất thân thiện với khách du lịch nói chung cũng như khách sạn. Tất cả người dân Nubian đều thân thiện và trung thực; đặc biệt nếu bạn đến từ một nơi nào khác ngoài Ai Cập, bạn sẽ cảm thấy sảng khoái khi thoát khỏi việc mặc cả. Khách sạn sắp xếp phương tiện di chuyển Abu Simbel (cách đó 3 giờ) với hộp cơm trưa cho chúng tôi vào sáng sớm lúc 04:00 sáng, chúng tôi quay lại vào khoảng 1 giờ chiều và tham quan Đền Philae sau đó trở về khách sạn (nơi ấm cúng của chúng tôi home) và Ahmed đưa chúng tôi đến làng với tư cách là người địa phương, được hướng dẫn và cung cấp giá cả hợp lý, chúng tôi trải nghiệm văn hóa của họ khi nhìn thấy khung cảnh xung quanh được sơn lộng lẫy cũng nhảy vào những ngôi nhà địa phương với rùa và cá sấu, và họ đã cung cấp cho chúng tôi phương tiện di chuyển đến Ga Xe lửa Aswan. 食物：提供當地食物，價格公允，味道不差👍 服務：服務不錯，部分工作人員會英語，溝通無障礙；來回一次坐船免費，住店期間出去坐船的話來回200磅，去菲萊神廟來回400磅（好像是因為神廟碼頭要收取一些費用）；我們問酒店預訂了車輛去阿布辛貝神廟，4100埃鎊，略貴但是好像是正規公司提供的服務，駕駛員人很好👍 環境：酒店正對菲萊神廟，從碼頭坐船到達酒店所在的島，大約需要十分鐘，尼羅河的景色很美：房間裏會有一些壁虎出沒哈哈哈，但是上廁所和洗澡沒有問題，比想象中的衞生條件要好一些。 總體來説值得推薦，沒有wifi，但是是有趣的自然體驗。

Khách sạn này nằm trên đảo Elephantine. Bạn có thể đến đó bằng thuyền từ trung tâm thành phố với giá 10 bảng Ai Cập. Không có biển hiệu nào ghi tên khách sạn, vì vậy tôi phải đi vòng quanh đảo ba lần mới đến nơi. Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ và thủ tục nhận phòng diễn ra suôn sẻ. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn đã đóng cửa nên tôi không thể nhận phòng lúc 12 giờ và phải giết thời gian ở nhà hàng bên cạnh, nhưng đó là một nhà hàng có tầm nhìn đẹp nên tôi nghĩ cũng ổn.

Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace.

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed. The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient. When we asked if the hotel has first aid kit, as my husband was scratched by a cat and needed sanitary treatment, the receptionist just directly said “No”, although he promised to check and came back to us, he didn’t… The room is good but the bathroom is quite old and the AC heat function didn’t work - it’s just around 8 degree during night in Aswan.

It’s a 2 sided coin with this hotel, some positives and some negatives in all areas. Location is very close to the Nile river and train station which is convenient but the balcony of our hotel room looked out on some garbage tipping sights that were always crazy busy with construction, wild dogs barking, and Islamic prayers blaring from speakers until the early hours. The service at reception was okay depending on who was there at the time and they did organise the trip to Abu Simbel on a day’s notice. The wifi never worked but the room was clean and comfortable enough. Overall, not bad price for the room - reconsider using if you have trouble sleeping with loud noises or need wifi.
