TTài khoản kháchOverall the stay itself was fine, and the hotel served its purpose. As a Rewards member, I was okay with my choice. The location was of course excellent, being next door to the main train station. There were three supermarkets on the underpass leading through the station, plus a couple eateries. As all tracks had an escalator, elevator and stairs entrance on the underpass, it took 3-4 minutes to walk from the hotel to the stairs and into the underpass and onto each track.
Service by both receptionists was overall pleasant and helpful.
Althuogh the breakfast was okay, it was not a price-to-quality/quantity equality. Management of Intercity Hotels needs to understand just how many very nice, high-quality and affordable hotels are in the area, and bring down the price of the breakast. While I want the convenience of breakfast in the hotel, I had two cups of coffee, a little bit of scrambled eggs, one small sausage and two pieces of toast....and paid 22 euro (tax included) for the privilege. If you're seriously hungry and want to eat a lot and also sneakily take sandwiches on rolls with you and stock up on the pastries, then it's worth it. It would be nice if there was a second price option for those having a very small amount to eat. It's not difficult to control.
Rooms facing the street were very quiet.

TTài khoản kháchDie Beschreibung der Services und Angebote des Hotels sind fehlerhaft. Im Dezember hat es gemäß der Aushänge auf dem Gelände einen Brand gegeben. In der Folge ist die Tiefgarage nicht nutzbar und der Fernseher im Zimmer kann keine Kanäle empfangen. Wenn man im April bucht, dann erwartet man, dass solche Informationen bei der Buchung geteilt werden.

Mmalta.cilibydesign.comKAMEHA GRAND is a ride away from buissy Towns like Cologne oe Düsseldorf, with their International airports. But it is one of my favorite places to stay arround in this area. Ambiente, Service, Wellness Treatments, the food and location close to the river rhine is it worth to travel and stay longer than one night. Great event location also with several Halls toll up to 1.500 participants

TTài khoản kháchOnly stayed for one night, when we attended an event in Cologne. The hotel was so convenient to find. On the S-bahn, it was 1 stop away from the central train station, and about a 5 minute walk from S-bahn stop to hotel. Lovely modern. clean hotel, comfortable bed & pillows, great shower, fluffy towels. Actually better than some European hotels that charge a lot more. I would stay again and would also look for this brand in other cities.

EEspartacoHotel bem localizado, mas tem alguns problemas quanto ao atendimento. Os atendentes de um turno parecem não se comunicar bem com os de outro turno. Tive um problema na ducha do chuveiro, ela estava simplesmente colada e descolou quando fui tomar banho já tarde da noite. Informei ao recepcionista de plantão e no outro dia tive que sair cedo e voltei tarde, mas a situação continuou a mesma. Ao questionar o mesmo plantonista, ele simplesmente me avisou que havia comunicado, mas que não sabia porque não havia sido feito o conserto. O hotel está bem informatizado e trabalha com chaves eletronicas e tags para ativar a abertura das portas, só que o processo de habilitação das tags (ou dos números) é por vezes demorado.
