"Dịch vụ tốt, bữa sáng ngon miệng, phòng rất rộng rãi cho 3 người chúng tôi, kể cả nhà vệ sinh. Toàn bộ phòng rất sạch sẽ, nhà vệ sinh có đầy đủ móc treo và dây phơi quần áo, áp lực nước vòi sen mạnh, và giường rất thoải mái. "Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests."

"Very nice stay. Everything was fine, except maybe the fact that we could smell cigarette smoke coming from the next room, probably due to ventilation. Everything else was very good. Nice breakfast!"

"停車很方便，酒店路邊很多停車位，停完車走進去辦理入住就行，前台會登記車牌號碼，免費停車，環境很不錯，大堂氛圍挺好的，還有英德紅茶可以品嚐，自已自助泡茶和朋友聊聊天，前台服務人員很熱情，帶微笑服務，辦理完入住後，進房間，衞生很乾凈，床品舒適，電視清晰，還很安靜，8樓還有洗衣機，烘乾機，設施齊全，性價比很高！已經住過幾次了，所以來評價的，這是我很認可的一家酒店！"
