"在酒店吃晚餐，感覺飯菜味道好，直接續住一天。房間又大又暖和，有智能操控系統，佈置典雅，春節期間的佈置也喜慶。客房有關於皇城相府楹聯的書籍，長知識。服務態度非常好。我們忘了續房卡，客房服務員看到，主動為我們去辦理。我們的套房，和前台不在一棟樓，中間還要走過一個長長的隧道，距離還是比較遠的。感謝客房服務員姐姐。由於氣候乾燥，比較容易渴，礦泉水也是管夠的。最後一圖是我們一天喝掉的水。酒店夜景可謂火樹銀花。正趕上正月初五，門口的大財神很應景，晚上在酒店觀景台就可以觀賞煙花秀。酒店自己的擺渡車，更是方便遊覽的好助力。説回餐食吧。餃子🥟餛燉味道都很棒，推薦鍋巴蝦，八八宴。"

再誇誇服務，工作人員的熱情和專業太圈粉了。剛到門口就有人主動幫忙提行李，辦理入住時前台耐心介紹周邊景點和美食，還貼心升級了高樓層房間。中途想借個轉換頭，打電話後不到五分鐘就送到，全程笑容滿面，沒有一點敷衍，像朋友一樣周到。
