I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

Best resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the trip. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts.

Tệ hơn nữa, chúng tôi thấy ông ta giúp một vị khách khác khi đến, người đang ở phía sau chúng tôi vào thời điểm đó, dỡ hành lý và hướng dẫn họ đỗ xe. Vào ngày cuối cùng của tôi, tôi đã bị nhân viên khách sạn đánh thức qua điện thoại của khách sạn. Họ nói với tôi rằng xe của tôi không được đỗ đúng cách và họ không thể kích hoạt hệ thống cần gạt cho bãi đậu xe. Vâng, tôi sẽ xin lỗi nếu tôi đỗ xe lệch ra ngoài 2 cm, nhưng tôi đã bị đánh thức một cách thô lỗ vào sáng hôm sau sau một đêm dài mệt mỏi mà không hề xin lỗi. Lưu ý dành cho khách lưu trú tương lai, nếu bạn có ý định đỗ xe trong khách sạn, xin lưu ý rằng không gian này không thân thiện với xe SUV.

Vì công ty hoạt động gần đó nên khách sạn duy nhất ở khu vực xung quanh là Qike Zhongshan, cách trang trí khiến tôi cảm thấy ổn định, thoải mái, thiết kế đẹp mắt, khi nhận phòng, tôi rất ngạc nhiên khi được nâng cấp lên phòng 4 người vào ngày 9 tầng của tòa nhà cao nhất có phòng khách. Rất thuận tiện cho chúng tôi ăn nhẹ và gối đêm. Tôi ngủ ngon hơn khách sạn Heyuan Mitsui Garden. Khi trả phòng, tôi trò chuyện với nhân viên lễ tân và mô tả cách trang trí của từng phòng như phong cách của một nhà thiết kế khác. Tôi nghĩ nó rất thú vị và tuyệt vời.

Có thể thấy đây là một khách sạn cũ. Phải thử nhiều lần mới có thể mở được cửa bằng cảm biến thẻ phòng. Không có nhiều lựa chọn cho bữa sáng. Trong thời gian ăn sáng lúc 9 giờ, các món ăn sẽ không được bổ sung nhanh chóng. Không có nhiều chỗ đậu xe xung quanh. Nếu bạn đến muộn, bạn sẽ phải đi bộ một quãng đường dài. Phòng khá sạch sẽ, nhưng tay vịn cạnh bồn cầu khiến việc lấy giấy vệ sinh hơi khó khăn. Ưu điểm là trẻ em có thẻ để sử dụng một lần để đóng dấu khi làm thủ tục nhận phòng và khả năng cách âm khá tốt. Nhược điểm là nhìn chung trông khá cổ điển và không có máy lọc nước ở mỗi tầng nên bạn phải xuống tầng một để lấy nước.

Tôi đi du lịch một mình, và khách sạn này có vị trí thuận tiện (n*** cạnh chợ đêm Nhất Trung), rất sạch sẽ và dịch vụ tuyệt vời. Họ thậm chí còn cung cấp ô cho khách khi trời mưa. Chuyến bay của tôi bị hoãn và tôi cần gọi đến một số điện thoại ở Đài Loan. Họ rất sẵn lòng và nhiệt tình giúp tôi liên hệ với bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng tại sân bay. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khách sạn này nếu có cơ hội! 👍🏻👍🏻

Families with kids and elderly book 2 double bed quadruple. Room is clean, bed is.comfortable. kids is happy with the jacuzzi. The location is not convenient but.they.provide shuttle services to and fro feng jia night market. Lucky we have our own driver to go other tourist attractions so is still ok. Overall is a nice stay.
