TTài khoản khách賓館離山陝會館很近，拐個彎就到了，老闆準備的有免費旅遊冊，我們開車過來的，老闆很熱情的安排停車位，門口可以停好多輛車，四層小樓還安裝了電梯，房間內設備很新，衞生乾淨整潔，床上用品毛巾浴巾都是新的，枕頭套還是用的一次性的，很滿意，還有準備的免費馬桶套，細節做的很到位，二十四小時獨立熱水，全屋用的自來水，不是地下水，安全衞生，附近世紀廣場小吃街，萬客隆超市都是步行幾分鐘都可直達，吃飯旅遊都很方便，車也可以停到逛完景點再開走，打電話給老闆還可以安排免費接車服務，總之非常滿意！會推薦朋友過來旅遊住宿

WWoshiyizhixiaoyangyu首先想説位置還是比較偏的，但是大公司了選擇這裏肯定是綜合考慮。然後我想説整體建構比較小，指的是各個區域，比如電梯真的很小很小。然後裝修和房間整體大小沒得説，錦江之星在這方面還是不錯的。但是房間不小，可廁所和洗浴這部分設計非常不合理，洗浴那空間太小了很悶氣，廁所區域其實也小。但是重點是現在很多品牌綜合考慮沒有涼拖，可是洗澡起碼有防滑墊，這裏放的是石板，實際上很滑雖然有個扶手，但是特別特別特別滑，更不用説洗頭時候再加上泡沫。而且平時應該不怎麼處理地漏，因為還沒洗裡邊都堵塞，個人清理後下水快了，但是一點兒也不影響房間跑水，密封不嚴實，洗浴和廁所區域門全關着，還是會跑出去，真的很不密封，這樣來看長期也是個問題，而且洗浴區域防滑問題考慮一下，畢竟不怕一萬就怕萬一，因為石板稜角也特別尖鋭，真摔了是個問題，然後跑水外邊會到處濕漉漉時間久了對房間整體也不好。還有不知道是不是鐘點房原因，我記得還有詳情上，錦江之星應該每個屋子就放的有免費礦泉水，這沒有，不過就住一會兒也沒去要。努力招聘吧，感覺人挺少，前台小姐姐會很累吧。
