較差:購買了兩套前台推薦的太白山門票套票，也沒給解釋清楚還要註冊登記，結果第二天到了景區不讓進，還要排隊登記，一部手機衹能註冊一套門票，結果廢了一張門票，自己掏腰包又買了一套，折騰了一個小時進了景區，人流已經上來了，體驗很不好！建議酒店對前台做好培訓，賣了遊客門票就得負責到底，解釋清楚，體驗才更好！"

"Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions."

衞生：被褥很乾凈，廚房整潔衞生，住兩天中間也來打掃了一次。
環境：別墅區很僻靜，蟬叫聲聽着很舒服。周圍充電樁很方便。眉鎮很小，去哪都方便。
服務：應答及時，要求基本都可以滿足。我們是3個家庭一起住的，每個房間都挨着有獨立衞浴，私密可以保證。每個房間都有空調，很涼爽。公共區域有桌子沙發電麻，我們6大4小沒有覺得侷促，適合家庭度假或者朋友聚會。大家都很滿意。早餐是簡餐，也基本能滿足需求。温泉私湯孩子很喜歡。太白山很美，可以再來。"

我和媽媽來寶雞遊玩，到這裏第一天住的是那個帶私湯的房間，感覺性價比不是很高，而且離中心區很遠，第二天就打算換一家酒店，就入住到了這裏，應該是我和我媽媽來屬於淡季，幾乎就沒什麼車，打不到車，然後我們就聯繫了酒店的老闆，老闆很貼心開車在張子街來接我們,還幫我們貼心的提行李，下來幫我們介紹附近有什麼好玩的，都可以諮詢老闆，還幫我們貼心的升級了房間，我們當天入住，準備去泡温泉,老闆提供了温泉票，收費也很低，比網站上便宜,還送我們到泡温泉的地方,給我們介紹了裏面的大致情況，老闆和老闆娘都很貼心,很好很熱情，推薦的地方都很不錯，可惜就是沒有爬到太白山，反正離得近，下次再來，還會再次居住，感覺非常不錯，衞生也很乾凈。

房間設施：我們定的是親子家庭套房，房間是loft上下兩間，都有獨立的衞生間，一層的陽台有獨立泡池。房間面積雖然不太大，但是設施很齊全。泡池很棒，雖然是半室外，把簾子温度完全可以，我們一歲的寶寶也完全沒有問題！
管家服務：服務很到位，前台的小姐姐小哥哥從入住幫忙拿行李到退房幫忙寄存行李，拿到車上，態度都特別棒！客房服務也非常到位，晚上幫忙給套被子，看見有小寶寶幫忙拿了床圍欄，還幫忙安裝到位！尤其是，退房忘記了寶寶的洗頭帽，還很熱心幫忙寄回西安，非常感謝！！！！
周邊環境：環境很舒適。無論是室內的畫廊，咖啡廳，早餐廳，還是鹿野仙蹤，都很適合帶寶寶玩！室外的園林景觀做的也是一步一景，令人心曠神怡！

鳳凰温泉專門打造的玻璃屋湯院，一共衹有9座，共有3排、每排3座。第1排到第3排分別命名為星天外、花間堂、雨山前。
入住前電話聯繫，服務很熱情周到。入住期間吃住全包飲料暢享，早餐口味很好，晚餐是火鍋。房間設施中規中矩，洗手枱上準備了品類豐富的生活用品都可以帶走，可以免費加床，後院有私湯。
入住期間還可以去泡鳳凰温泉，太白山的老牌温泉，湯池種類多，有免費水果。還有一個小小的小童樂園，有龍舟鞦韆、彩虹滑道。

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

Everything is good except the breakfast.
For such a big hotel, the breakfast is shockingly terrible, no standard at all.
Just 6 items -hard bolied eggs man tou, 2 cold dishes, 1 cucumber ”warm” dish and 2 pots of yellow wheat porridge. Not a single beverage!! This BF only cater for tour grps. Other customers like us managed to get additional, a cup of soya milk.
The food was totally cold, man tou is so 'hard'.
So disappointing!!
