"縣城唯一高檔的四星酒店，停車方便還有充電樁，高速下來很方便，位置中心，周邊美食購物方便，斜對面就是縣政府等政務中心，我們辦事也很方便，大堂很大氣具有老牌五星的檔次感，大堂為前台小姐姐貼心服務點贊，大堂還有休閑區，可以喝茶休息，還有土特產葛產品購買，房間衞生很好，雖然顯示17年開業，但肯定有裝修過，看起來還是比較新的，而且房間的傢俱是實木的很有政務風的檔次感，房間面積也很大，窗外景色也很美，最主要房間的隔音比較好，總之是我在橫峯這個縣城最滿意的了，以後就指定這家了"

"這是間姑且稱為“民宿”的所在。
之所以“姑且”，是它的環境是真好（看圖），給五星不為過。它家的管理大叔與廚房阿姨人也好，給了我們很多幫助。它家菜也好吃。
這又是保留陳舊“上饒味”的酒店，從軟件上評估，給三分都嫌多。
上饒是個旅遊資源極為豐富的大市，但它的旅遊服務比相臨的閩、浙、晥，差的不是一個量級。
上饒依舊是“認市長不認市場”的城市。如果你是朋友引薦（不一定是市長，哪有那麼多市長？），你是上帝，無論服務還是價格。比如東坡，同樣房型，朋友訂的，200元一間，攜程的鑽石價324，相差不是一點點。
在其他地方的理應有服務，東坡是沒有的。比如民宿主人的事前銜接。從上饒主城區去東坡，按高德導航，有近五公里無法會車的山嶺重丘單車道，如何避開，民宿應該告訴你，但它沒有。其次，民宿孤懸山腳，周邊幾無餐飲服務，若不事先訂餐，你可能連方便麪都無處買，這一點，民宿也無任何提示。
入住東坡，還有一件很不愉快的事：房型錯配糾紛。
給我們安排的舒適大床房因緊鄰泳池，嘈雜潮濕，我們提出調換二樓標間，民宿主人立馬落實了，大床房與標間，其實是有24元房差的，二間是48元，民宿未提及，我們對此也無異議，開心就好。衹是入住二樓的朋友，有二位誤入一間套房，事情就大了。
所謂套房，衹是多了一個觀景陽台，誤入並不奇怪。而且她們也行使了告知義務，一是向民宿申報入住房號並索取開門密碼，二是發現房間無熱水，再次向民宿申報房號申請維修（民宿有應答無解決）。
就這麼一間其實是民宿自身管理上有問題產生差錯，無熱水的所謂套房。民宿對全天無熱水無任何歉意，卻強烈要求我們補房差，而且你無法想象當時民宿主人的暴躁、歇斯底里。在他眼裡口中，我們根本不是來消費的客人，而是無良無知蹭便宜的**，**。
他家的菜好吃，燒菜阿姨人也好，這個我們一開始就申明瞭。但我們要了一衹鴨子，580元，吃不完第二天請廚房加温時，對不起，請付加工費。一個清炒紅薯葉、一個清炒冬瓜外加清燉鴨子和葛粉蒸肉加熱費，收了120元，貴還是便宜，我們不知道。熱一個他家的菜，還要付加熱費，我們也是第一次遇見，長見識了。
因為走的匆忙，心裏不舒服，一個飯盒忘在他家廚房了。在其他大多地方，對一次訂四間房大客户，會有電話來，客氣些的，再要個地址，快遞送還。但在東坡，你也想別想，我們也不打算要了。
關於東坡，我們不會再去，也不建議朋友們去。給中評，是我從不給他人差評，大家都不容易。"
