北京空港利用の際に泊まりましたが、空港と近く、食事、買い物も便利な立地ですので、最高でした。隣にマックもあり不便さは感じません。 チェックアウトが遅いこともあり、12時までゆっくり部屋で過ごされたので、次回北京きた時も泊まりたいです！

一次難忘的酒店入住體驗：細節之處見真章 旅行在外，酒店就是臨時的家，其環境與服務的好壞直接影響着旅行的心情與質量。前段時間，因為一次旅行，我入住了一家名為[酒店名稱]的酒店，這次入住經歷就像一面鏡子，清晰地映照出酒店服務的諸多方面，讓我有了許多深刻的感悟。 初到酒店，外觀現代且富有設計感，大門寬敞氣派，給人一種大氣的感覺。走進大堂，映入眼簾的是明亮通透的空間，裝修精緻而不失格調。前台工作人員面帶微笑，熱情地迎接每一位客人，辦理入住手續時，他們動作熟練且高效，還貼心地為我介紹了酒店的設施與周邊環境。那一刻，我心裏湧起一股温暖，對接下來的入住充滿了期待。 進入房間，温馨舒適的氛圍撲面而來。房間佈局合理，床品柔軟乾淨，給人一種温馨又安心的感覺，讓奔波一天的疲憊瞬間消散了不少。衞生間的設施也很齊全，洗漱用品的質量上乘，洗浴時熱水供應穩定，水流大小適中，讓人感覺十分愜意。然而，在入住過程中，也出現了一些小插曲。有一天晚上，我發現房間的空調製冷效果不太好，温度降不下來，影響了睡眠質量。第二天一早，我將問題反饋給了前台。工作人員立刻表示會馬上安排維修人員過來檢查。不到半小時，維修人員就敲響了房門，他們態度謙和，檢查過程細緻認真。經過一番調試，空調終於恢復了正常運轉。他們還對給我帶來的不便表示歉意，並承諾會進一步檢查，確保類似問題不再發生。這件事雖然衹是入住過程中的一個小波折，但酒店處理問題的速度和態度讓我對他們的服務更加讚賞。 除了房間的硬件設施和問題處理能力，酒店的餐飲服務也給我留下了深刻的印象。酒店的餐廳環境優雅，菜品豐富多樣，既有當地特色美食，也有一些常見的家常菜。早餐的種類十分豐富，麪包、蛋糕、水果、粥等一應俱全，能滿足不同客人的口味需求。餐廳工作人員服務周到，及時為客人添茶倒水，收拾餐具，讓人用餐時心情愉悦。 這次入住酒店的經歷，讓我對酒店服務有了更深刻的認識。一家好的酒店，不僅要有舒適的硬件設施，更要有優質的服務。優質的服務體現在每一個細節之中，從客人踏入酒店的那一刻起，每一位工作人員的微笑、每一次貼心的問候、每一個問題的妥善解決，都構成了酒店服務的一部分。這就如同我們在生活中對待他人一樣，注重細節，多為他人考慮，才能讓別人感受到真誠與關懷。 對於酒店來説，細節就是競爭力。一個小小的空調故障，如果處理不及時或態度不好，可能就會讓客人的滿意度大打折扣。但如果能像這家酒店一樣，迅速響應並解決問題，反而能贏得客人的信任與好評。在未來的生活中，我也會將這次入住酒店的感悟運用到自己的待人接物中，注重細節，用心去關心他人，為他人提供力所能及的幫助。同時，我也希望更多的酒店能夠重視服務細節，不斷提升服務質量，為客人創造更加美好的入住體驗。這次入住酒店的經歷，就像一本生動的教科書，教會我在生活中要注重細節，用心服務他人，因為衹有這樣，才能收穫更多的温暖與美好。

Đó là một kỳ nghỉ quanh co. Đã gần một giờ sáng. Tôi khởi hành từ Sân bay Quốc tế Đại Hưng Bắc Kinh và đến khách sạn đầu tiên vào khoảng một giờ. Sau đó, khách sạn mở cửa nhưng không có ai. ở đó, và không ai trả lời điện thoại. Cuối cùng, điều kỳ lạ là nó đã được đặt đầy đủ. Tôi đã liên hệ với bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng của Ctrip và tìm kiếm khách sạn nhiều lần. Cuối cùng, tôi đã đến khách sạn này. Thành phố Gu'an Phòng vẫn ổn.

My stay here was amazing. I had a really nice room and even enjoyed their hotel gym. The staff were exceptional, they spent ages helping me with recommendations and how to get to Beijing city centre. Totally recommend!

這個泳池給100分！ 房間真的很大，足夠兩個家庭一起住，中間一個客廳，兩邊各有一大一小倆卧室，大卧室是1.8米雙人床，另外一邊是兩米多的大炕，兩個小卧室是單人床，住的安心舒服，還各自有一個衞生間，很私密！院裏還有私湯！房間不精緻，但是這個配置真心可以，可以約朋友再來！唯一的問題是馬桶沒有水……住大院的朋友注意下 院裏的農家菜餐廳川菜做的很地道，真的是意料之外的精緻！ 湯池中規中矩，淋浴區可以再改進一下，衞生情況一般。

Điều kiện vệ sinh rất tốt và phòng tắm trông mới và sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên, thảm trong phòng cần phải sửa lại, không thể tránh khỏi những vết bẩn, có thể thấy dù cố gắng lau chùi nhưng cũng không thể lau sạch được. Về dịch vụ, người quản lý rất tốt, nhưng cô gái ở quầy lễ tân thì hơi lạc lõng. Cơ sở vật chất nói chung là tốt. Cửa thoát gió của điều hòa trung tâm trong phòng tôi ở ồn ào. Nên đại tu lại. Thời tiết này không nên bật điều hòa cũng không sao. Trong một vài tháng, vấn đề này sẽ là một khiếu nại nghiêm trọng.

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
