"We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon."

"瑞閣温泉酒店已經入住很多次了，整體體驗還是非常好，位置便利，自駕過來很方便，由北京過來下了高速就到。 房間乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，私湯温泉水質很不錯，泡完特別解乏。 酒店環境安靜雅緻，前台劉影小姐姐服務特別熱情周到，看我們有個80多歲的長者，特別親自駕駛電動車把我們送到房間，各種關懷備至讓我們倍感温暖。 酒店配套設施也非常齊全，很適合放鬆休閑。早餐種類豐富，味道也很在線，性價比很高。無論是家庭出遊還是週末短途度假都很合適，是京郊泡温泉的好選擇，整體非常滿意，特別推薦大家來體驗。"

"Các nhân viên đều rất thân thiện và khiến tôi cảm thấy được chào đón. Họ không chỉ kiểm tra tôi mà còn giúp tôi một số vấn đề kỹ thuật. Sự phục vụ chu đáo này khiến tôi cảm thấy thư giãn trong suốt chuyến đi và để lại ấn tượng sâu sắc với khách sạn này. Ngoài ra, phòng khách sạn rất thoải mái. Dù là đi công tác hay nghỉ dưỡng thì đây đều là sự lựa chọn tốt. Nếu bạn đang tìm kiếm một khách sạn tiện nghi, thuận tiện và có dịch vụ tốt thì Hanting Hotel chắc chắn rất đáng để thử."

"The hotel provides self service laundry which is value added to me. The help desk staffs are very friendly and super helpful But I don’t understand why the restaurant located at the 4 floor where I have breakfast, the cleaning staff has to sweep the floor while I was having my meal . Oh my god,it is just beside me , and her supervisor not even stop her."

"這個泳池給100分！ 房間真的很大，足夠兩個家庭一起住，中間一個客廳，兩邊各有一大一小倆卧室，大卧室是1.8米雙人床，另外一邊是兩米多的大炕，兩個小卧室是單人床，住的安心舒服，還各自有一個衞生間，很私密！院裏還有私湯！房間不精緻，但是這個配置真心可以，可以約朋友再來！唯一的問題是馬桶沒有水……住大院的朋友注意下 院裏的農家菜餐廳川菜做的很地道，真的是意料之外的精緻！ 湯池中規中矩，淋浴區可以再改進一下，衞生情況一般。"

"Điều kiện vệ sinh rất tốt và phòng tắm trông mới và sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên, thảm trong phòng cần phải sửa lại, không thể tránh khỏi những vết bẩn, có thể thấy dù cố gắng lau chùi nhưng cũng không thể lau sạch được. Về dịch vụ, người quản lý rất tốt, nhưng cô gái ở quầy lễ tân thì hơi lạc lõng. Cơ sở vật chất nói chung là tốt. Cửa thoát gió của điều hòa trung tâm trong phòng tôi ở ồn ào. Nên đại tu lại. Thời tiết này không nên bật điều hòa cũng không sao. Trong một vài tháng, vấn đề này sẽ là một khiếu nại nghiêm trọng."

"北京空港利用の際に泊まりましたが、空港と近く、食事、買い物も便利な立地ですので、最高でした。隣にマックもあり不便さは感じません。 チェックアウトが遅いこともあり、12時までゆっくり部屋で過ごされたので、次回北京きた時も泊まりたいです！"
