"It was overall a pleasant stay in this very new hotel. Especially the housekeeping staff was really friendly. Room was very clean. Checking in and out was fast. Downside is that the construction of this hotel is not ready so there is currently no gym/spa available. One practical suggestion: the hotel should attach the safety deposit box to the wall. Also I wonder if spinkler system is in use in this hotel? I did not see sprinklers in my room.
I wish this hotel will do well and finish the construction work soon. I think I might come back if the gym/spa is available next time because the room was very spacious and nice."

必須五星好評👏週末兩天帶家人和小狗來玩水，住的這家民宿,不收狗狗清潔費，房間非常敞亮乾淨。老闆一家人都好熱情，我們從上海出發時就電話我們，説快到時提前告訴他一下，天太熱，他會提前把空調給我們開開，太暖心了吧。快到時，遠遠就看到老闆在門口等着引導我們停車，幫我們拿行李，去漂流的話還會開介紹信減些門票費用。我特別喜歡院子的設計風格，一大早帶狗狗到草坪上玩，小狗直接撒歡兒開跑，小狗也給老闆打好評哈哈

酒店位於長興貢茶古道附近，在周圍眾多農家樂中脱穎而出。庭院式裝修風格，獨有特色。周圍綠水青山，空氣清新。
房間不算太大，但非常乾淨整潔，有陽台，一樓房間有庭院。寵物友好，非常適合我們養狗的家庭。
酒店屬於淡季，人不多，價格也相對便宜很多。但早餐相對還是豐富，沒有因為住客少就減少了早餐的種類，這一點超越很多做季候性的景區酒店。
服務非常好，十分親切，賓至如歸。有什麼問題都是馬上解決，儘量滿足。特別感謝主管周舟，一直在想我們所想。

Massive hotel with really a lot of rooms, dedicated to mass tourism in the nearby entertainment area.
Location is more quiet than other Hotels in the area.
Room was nice and quite clean. Public areas starts to show wearing due to high presence. A couple of broken glass on the balcony (on very high floor) in the vaste breakfast area. Talking about breakfast, feeling was not good at all. Too many people, organized but chaotic and personnel always on the run that can’t follow your request properly. Public areas are ok, many shops, but few entertainments. Honestly, considering that other hotels are even worse, next time will be just a daily trip.

Chúng tôi là một gia đình 3 người ở đây 2 đêm. Khách sạn có chuồng chim cánh cụt ở sảnh đợi và là nơi yêu thích của trẻ em. Ngoài ra còn có các chuyến tàu và xe ô tô dành cho trẻ em tại sảnh. Phòng của chúng tôi có tầm nhìn đẹp ra phố cổ và bắn pháo hoa vào ban đêm. Nhưng ngoài những điều này, khách sạn không xứng đáng với danh hiệu khách sạn 5 sao.
- Không có sự chào đón nồng nhiệt hoặc dịch vụ tốt trong thời gian lưu trú của chúng tôi.
- Rèm không phải là rèm cản sáng nên bạn sẽ bị đánh thức bởi ánh sáng bên ngoài vào lúc 5 giờ sáng.
- Thang máy và thảm ở hành lang thường xuyên bị bẩn và không được vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Không chỉ rác, mà cả những khối bụi lớn.
- Việc dọn phòng của chúng tôi vào ngày hôm sau khiến nó càng bẩn hơn. Người dọn dẹp chỉ mang bụi của phòng này sang phòng khác. Rất khuyến khích khách sạn thay đổi loại cây lau nhà / chổi được sử dụng.
- Nhà hàng nơi chúng tôi dùng bữa sáng không cung cấp dao và nĩa và cho biết họ không có những bộ dao kéo này khi chúng tôi yêu cầu. Họ chỉ có đũa và thìa sứ. Điều này cho thấy họ chưa sẵn sàng đón khách du lịch quốc tế.

It was an amazing trip. Unforgettable memories with this place. Hotel was nice. Tbh gor the 5 star hotel can be little bit better, for example no mini bar at room , more bathing stuff (coat). But generally it’s nice . The room was really nice and clean. View from the room relaxing and beautiful.
The staff was very friendly and kind. They gave some gifts to my son because it was his birthday.

The hotel is clean,receptionist is very friendly and good.Comfortable bed,no complains except the tv only shows Chinese channels which is no problem but I wish they at least had English subtitles,their breakfast is not really suitable for breakfast it’s heavy chinese food like rice etc.Hotels should know that a foreigner can come lodge a room and cater to them,I wish they made English breakfast as well.Also the water in the shower comes out little by little and the AC isn’t cold..

We really enjoyed our stay even though the weather was not good.
What worked: Great bed, the room is comfortable and pretty, fab bathtub, service is excellent, very pet friendly, great pool (though we couldn't use it, too cold), nice amenities in general, good food
Downside: There is only issue, but a significant one. While the hotel has fantastic grounds and design, it is surrounded by factories. You can see them from the window and the pool. It really kills the vibe and is a bit noisy. But I suppose there is not much they can do about it.

Amazing stay. House staff is excellent in offering an impeccable service without being too intrusive. Food choice and taste is also simple and very nice. A truly unique and magical experience if you like quiet and slow life, moments spent here will become nice memories.

過年來湖州玩首先太湖演藝城看煙花和打鐵花，酒店就選童家村客棧（明智之舉），煙花和打鐵花太好看了，我們連看了兩場（兩場是有些區別的）20:30的那場最最好看！看完就逛回房間太方便了！晚上散場離開演藝城的人多不需要去等車，非常的棒！
客棧房間小（很小）但是該有的都有，過年價錢也沒漲多少性價比很高！
我們早上10點退的房，輕輕鬆鬆打車去了月亮灣乘遊船看太湖（一個小時左右），打車去狀元樓吃午飯，我這樣的安排非常愜意！
