"This place was lovely, it has parking and electric charging.The location is great and the service is very good.They are so helpful. Some drawbacks, the breakfast is not varied and amounted to 3 different types of noodles. Every day, I had the dry numbing noodles, corn bread was lovely, and the sides were nice too, I did try it all. Menu was also limited. This I knew before. I did not mind, However, the bathroom is open to the rest of the room. So somebody showering or using the toilet is visible through the room."

挺好的，這家的體驗很不錯，裝修風格很好，躺椅很舒服。
設施：配備很齊全。刮鬍刀質量好壞挺能體現酒店態度，對於一次性刮鬍刀滿分10分給8分。不是配備的一次性拖鞋，環保。舒適程度遠高於一次性，但在同類中拖鞋中略差。空調:沒細看是中央還是風機，制熱效果很好，我住這間風扇有些變形，使用中有風扇摩擦的聲音，略大。這個可以馬上整改，但是忘了是住的哪一間。房號是8結尾的。
環境：內部環境很好，前廳佈置不錯。樓下縣城第一商圈，樓下存在ktv，23點左右略吵。這個就沒法了，要想位置好，臨街和周邊環境衹能如此。
衞生：整體乾淨整潔，地漏也檢查過，沒有落髮。美中不足，兩個茶杯的茶垢未清理乾淨，聯繫了前台11分鐘後送來了兩個一次性杯子，一次性杯子質量不錯。瞄了眼耗品，比起傳統酒店的茶包，多了兩袋咖啡。
服務：前台一名，微笑接待，主動詢問幫助。電話接聽禮貌，但聽得出來略忙，有些着急。聯繫前台更換杯子時效性一般。可能是在忙，完事後聯繫人員送達。入住高峯期可以增添一名人員，帶動哈就業崗位。"

自己不是勤快的人，app上的訂單評價不多。這次體驗必須要好評。在眾多民宿中選擇醉竹緣民宿，是我們這次蜀南竹海宜賓之行全家最滿意、體驗感最好、收穫快樂最多的選擇。竹海里的民宿和農家樂非常多，早期在做攻略訂房間時，就發現這家店與眾不同，看照片建築室外、環境、室內氛圍設計感/藝術感非常強，loft客房的照片也非常亮眼，出於好奇，想實地一探究竟，到底是不是照騙？從下午入住客房、餐廳用晚餐、飯後散步、第二天早餐、找老闆諮詢旅行線路、退房的一系列親身體驗之後，我們全家對民宿的評價更是直接加分，滿意度飆升。【客房】為什麼民宿內外感受這麼舒適？跟老闆聊天后內心的疑惑得到了解答。原來民宿是由一位優秀的上海設計師設計操刀設計，整體打造建築、室內和景觀方案，由當地設計院深化施工圖，老闆親歷親為修建而成；最大限度還原了方案設計的初衷和效果。建築外觀既簡潔現代又古典大氣（個人超級喜歡客房巨大的落地窗，無敵視野看向海中海竹林深處）景觀設計因地制宜，在有限的用地範圍最大化營造出空間層次和別有洞天，不同樓層皆有景觀，首層迷你花園、門前的桂花樹成為客房與相鄰農家樂的視線屏障；二層對外退台和露台，營造出專屬的露台空間與山體環境融為一體；三樓客房有專屬超大露台和陽台，大有俯瞰全景的上帝視角；一花一草一木皆是精心搭配，別有風情。室內以白色為主，局部背景和傢俱輔以深木色搭配，空間感受簡潔大氣，色調和諧，統一且非常有質感；公共區域的實木傢俱圓潤的倒角、加厚無框的玻璃欄板，伴隨樓梯間智能感應燈帶，在強化安全功能的前提下，給人最大限度的不被打擾和寧靜的感受；客房的室內設計也延續了公區的調性和原則：loft客房的上下樓梯也採用深色實木樓梯+玻璃欄板+木扶手，走起來非常穩當和舒適；床頭的感應燈在夜晚起夜時非常人性化，長者小孩使用非常貼心；床墊的質感軟硬適中，支撐感強；床品嶄新蓬鬆、雪白，非常適合深度睡眠；靠窗的炕幾和圈椅木沙發，是我最喜歡的活動區域，夜晚的民宿非常安寧且靜謐，窗外的桂花樹成為夜色中最美好配景和幽遠的天然香薰。loft樓上的卡皮巴拉帳篷，是小朋友最喜歡躺着看漫畫的空間。【餐飲】在民宿吃了4人全竹晚餐和早餐，能感受到老闆是用心在打造自己的民宿，讓客人有家的體驗感，餐食美味且豐盛。晚餐的每一道菜，食材和餐具互相搭配，各色食材顏色明快，色香味俱全；民宿的早飯真的太豐盛了，除了牛奶雞蛋麪包，老闆還給熬了新米粥，新鮮的沙地蜜薯，廚房新做的紅糖葉兒粑，還給拌了一大份宜賓燃麪，辣椒鮮香，口味地道。一頓煙火氣十足又暖人養胃的早餐，吃出了星級酒店的配置。非常推薦在民宿用餐，伴隨室內的燈光氛圍、桌椅和老闆的熱情，體驗感非常好。【服務】民宿挺大，公共區和餐廳配置都很齊全，但衹有5間客房，直到晚上看到老闆和工作人員一起用餐，才發現民宿的服務人員與客人的比例非常高。想起老闆給我們規劃旅行線路，跟我們交流自己建造這家民宿花費的時間接近2年，耐得住時間的考驗，感覺有種知名酒店品牌早期的雛形，這既體現在老闆的經營理念和格局，也體現在服務意識和全期資金與精力投入。總感覺這間民宿有種遲早沖出蜀南竹海，走向世界的潛質。這家民宿，既有原生居民對這片竹海的理解和熱愛，更有超前的眼界和胸懷，所以能把民宿的服務和當地特色發渾然天成。【交通停車】民宿在核心景區，停車區有6個充電樁，非常方便；相鄰周邊有4個核心景點，出行遊玩非常便捷。特別適合長者小孩，傍晚和清晨可以沿海中海竹林道路散步，湖中泛舟劃竹筏，清凈。【後續】如果以後再去蜀南竹海，希望還能再入住重温這份美好，也希望這個寶藏民宿和老闆能被更多的人發現珍惜！

第二次來蜀南竹海，選擇了山裡羅羅，看評論是央視《此生要去的100個地方》選擇的民宿，之前民宿踩雷比較多，路上還挺忐忑的，沒想到山裡羅羅完全超出預期。預訂之後就有管家微信聯繫，幫忙預訂了景區門票，熱情的詢問到達時間、具體路線，還提醒有段路比較陡小心行駛。到達以後也是到大門口幫忙提行李什麼的。再説説房間，因為旁邊房間有人入住了，考慮到不要互相打擾，升級了房型，房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格也很棒，唯一不足的是由於房間是LOFT户型，冬天空調吹不到一樓，樓上樓下温差有點大。管家服務非常熱情，有什麼9問題都會熱情解答，提出的需求也都會配合滿足，其他的工作人員也是非常熱情，感受很好。重點要説一下餐食，非常好吃，本來衹準備吃一頓的，吃完馬上決定預約第二天的晚餐，很多食材是民宿自己種植的，特別是臘肉風肉和臘排特別好吃，早餐也很豐盛，有一個粑粑也很好吃，送的下午茶也很不錯，坐在院子裏吃點水果堅果，非常舒心。整體非常滿意，推薦！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the owners, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional—they were always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my stay was as seamless as possible. The residence itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.
What truly stood out, though, was the genuine care and attention from the owners. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their positive energy added so much to my stay. I highly recommend Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

The two of us who stayed at this homestay/hotel are in complete agreement that there are only great things to be said about it. I wanted a private space to drink tea and smoke ciggies, so I picked a room with a terrace. Upon arrival, the owner kindly upgraded us to another room that he said had a better view from the terrace. I’m not certain which room it was that we ended up in, but the view was incredible and the terrace was massive. We spent hours drinking tea and watching the clouds drift and the bamboo sway. The food was delicious! We particularly liked the “soft beef” something, which was actually a mushroom dish, and the pork belly with bamboo shoots. The light soup and pickles served during breakfast were also noteworthy. The kitchen staff were super friendly, and I got the impression that they are treated well. I enjoyed this homestay infinitely more than any luxury hotel I’ve stayed at.

我們是為了看拜壽台的日出定的這家酒店，到遊客中心的時候觀光車已經停了（太晚了，人家下班了），得虧有老闆接我們回酒店😭
老闆給我們預留的房間很乾凈，因為在山裡，晚上睡覺也很安靜，睡眠質量非常好😁
然後老闆這邊的餐品也非常不錯，食材新鮮，味道鮮美，非常符合本廣東人的口味😋
然後老闆還會指導我們在景區怎麼遊玩，景點特色，怎麼坐觀光車方便，讓我們的遊玩體驗得到了大大滴提升。

The hotel is located inside the attraction area which we have to buy the entrance ticket to get to enter. The lady owner will drive out to pick us up to her hotel and she helps to buy discounted cable car ticket to view the sea of bamboo. Moreover, the bamboo feast set lunch (RMB588) provided at the hotel is quite good but a bit expensive. Some of the rooms we booked have toilets with squatting and therefore, please call the hotel to ensure the sitting toilet instead of squatting one.
