"第一次來到安義，帶着家人來這遊玩，在小紅書上看到了這麼一家酒店就來了，沒想到竟然碰到了寶藏酒店。尤其記得我剛到酒店門口，行李帶的比較多，大包小包的，他們的員工一看到，立刻停下手下的事情，兩個人來幫我，美女小姐姐貼心攙扶我的父母，禮賓小哥幫我卸行李，到了大堂，讓我的家人先在一旁休息，送上了熱茶水還有熱的擦手毛巾。確實我也沒想到，竟然有這麼貼心的服務。辦理完入住，禮賓小哥幫我把行李送到房間，我們就不上去了，也已經到了飯點了，就詢問附近有什麼好吃的推薦，對了，還沒問小姐姐叫什麼，她説叫她小凌就好了，説自己是本地人，可以給我們一個旅遊攻略，還有美食攻略，正是求之不得呢。因為現在想在附近先吃點，就説酒店對面就有一條小吃街，裏面吃的很多，或者前面九方薈很近，也有很多吃的。還介紹了酒店都有為住客提供了免費美味的早餐，竟然還有夜宵，安義特色拌粉，真的是絕了。然後加了我微信，在住期間有任何需要都可以找她。酒店的景色也是很絕了，酒店特意給我安排的高樓層，還可以看日出日落呢，真的是絕佳。晚上我的管家小凌還給我送來了新鮮果盤和熱牛奶，真的是這個價格住到這麼好的酒店，還有貼心的服務，真是讓我覺得物超所值，連我的老婆都覺得的我挑了一個這麼好的酒店。第二天要退房的時候，天突然下起了雨，因帶着家人孩子啥的不方便，詢問小凌是否可以晚點退房，等雨停了在退房，小凌馬上就給我申請了延時退房，真的是太感謝了。出門在外，一點的幫助都會讓我心生感激，何況是感受到了如此大的善意和貼心的服務。以後住酒店就認準了這個品牌了，絕對不會錯。"
