Dịch vụ thực sự tuyệt vời — nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, và làm cho cả kỳ nghỉ cảm thấy dễ dàng và thư giãn. Vị trí lý tưởng để khám phá cổ Nhĩbec, và không khí quyến rũ của khách sạn thực sự tăng cường trải nghiệm tổng thể. Quán nhỏ bên trong khách sạn cũng là một bonus xinh xắn — được bố trí đẹp với các vật dụng địa phương chất lượng, hoàn hảo cho đồ lưu niệm hoặc những món ăn nhỏ. Tôi hoàn toàn muốn giới thiệu ở đây cho bất kỳ ai đến thăm quan Quebec!

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint. I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

The hotel location was convience to go everywhere. The staff are kindness and polite. All inside the hotel were clean but just waiting elevator a little bit a long.

Khách sạn có chỗ ngồi rất tốt, có bãi đậu xe ngầm riêng, có phòng tắm hơi, phòng rất sạch sẽ! Thái độ Giường cũng rất dễ ngủ, đồ dùng vệ sinh cá nhân và dầu sữa được cung cấp có mùi rất ngon, tôi thích nó Tóm lại, tôi sẽ ở lại đây nếu có cơ hội đến Quebec một lần nữa

Chỉ cách Upper Promenade vài phút, với cảm giác thoải mái dễ chịu và phòng nghỉ thoải mái. Nhà vệ sinh chung nhưng luôn rất sạch sẽ và không bao giờ phải chờ đợi. Nhân viên lễ tân thực sự thân thiện. Thích cà phê, ấm đun nước, lò vi sóng và tủ lạnh dùng chung tại quầy lễ tân. Kỳ nghỉ 3 đêm thú vị. Đề xuất.

Một nhân viên nam đã rất hữu ích và tử tế khi tôi bị lạc đường khi cố gắng đến khách sạn. Tôi sẽ mãi biết ơn anh ấy vì điều đó rất bực bội! Căn phòng lạnh cóng và nhân viên dọn phòng không bao giờ đến nên tôi phải yêu cầu lễ tân cung cấp chăn vì họ đã đưa cho chúng tôi chăn bẩn n*** từ đầu. Ga trải giường sạch, nhưng chăn thì không sạch. Chúng tôi không nhận được chăn vì ”họ không có chăn thừa”. Thay vào đó, họ đưa cho chúng tôi 3 bộ ga trải giường mỏng, điều này không giúp ích gì cho căn phòng lạnh. Tôi nói với nhân viên rằng căn phòng lạnh cóng và họ bảo tôi bật lò sưởi. Vào thời điểm đó, lò sưởi đã bật hết công suất trong 5 - 6 giờ và không ấm hơn. Nhìn chung, đó không phải là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và có lẽ tôi sẽ không ở lại đó nữa trong tương lai.
