The hotel is at a good location though it is not at the city center but at least you can get a parking lot. Currently the Tourism Board is offering a transportation pass for those that stay at least 2 nights. With that pass, you can take the bus and trams easily to visit places of interest.

非常不錯的酒店。位置不錯 舒適又乾淨設施齊全。窗外就能看到阿爾卑斯山。服務員很友好。早餐及自帶餐廳都不錯。停車位非常充足，包括地面前後兩個停車場加地下二層停車場，也有充電車位。衹是我看到有評論説連住2晚以上會贈送Innsbruck Card但是我名沒有享受到，我是付費購買的。

I have now stayed at Rufi's four times, and each time has been an excellent experience. All the staff I encountered were friendly, approachable, professional and efficient. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms well-equipped. The hotel is situated within easy reach of the centre, and you can have pleasant walks along the river nearby. Breakfast is superb, with everything you could wish for easily available. And for an evening meal, Rufi's pizzas are the best! Such an impressive establishment. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Innsbruck.

I chose this hotel with some care to give us free parking within reach of Innsbruck town centre and a room which had facilities for a 4 night stay, including kitchenette - and I thought would be a bit bigger than just a normal room given its name. The parking was fine when we arrived at 3pm to check in and the reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was significantly smaller than I had expected from something called APARTMENT CITY LIFE. It was just a normal hotel room with a kitchenette beside the bed. More concerning was that our room (302) only had one small window as it was at the lift end of the corridor and when we arrived it was boiling hot in the room. When we opened the window it was right above the outside smoking area so you got not only smoke but noise coming up to the room. The AC didn’t seem to work so well so I did look to change room but they didn’t have another room with a kitchen so we were a bit stuck. The receptionist did her best to help and we could have changed room (but no kitchen) and she helped us use the AC properly. The next day we left the window open and it was much cooler but we still had the spoke/noise issue. At night because of the noise and cigarette smoke we had to kee the AC on and it was just cool enough. The breakfast is very good and the photos on the website are a good representation of what you get. There is plenty of cold item choice and hot eggs. However it is exactly the same every day and the prepared fruit is from a tin. The kitchen in the room was equipped with a fridge (with freezer), sink, kettle, microwave and coffee maker but no utensils or crockery except teacups and spoons. The hotel can equip you with a Welcome Card which provides benefits like free public transport which we found useful. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Altstadt along the River Inn on a pedestrian path but more like 30 minutes to the Bahnhof. On arrival they also gave us some vouchers towards the cost of something in the bar which is a nice touch.

I spent some time in the lobby restaurant, but stuff members seem to get rid of their daily frustrations on guests. In my case, they billed me too high as they had some internal mess up. They were extraordinary rude, impolite, and showed an unacceptable behavior when I complained. Permanent personal insults while reading emails where unacceptable to me - so I packed and let the place. As a business traveller we want out peace after long travels - such a behaviour was unacceptable, and does not fit to what the place wants to be - a LOT of staff training needed.

Rufi’s is an excellent hotel, really friendly staff and very comfortable. The room was very warm, but very comfortable.

Great hotel! Well located to walk along the river into the Old Town. Standard rooms not huge but very well presented and looks like everything was new. Cosy reception area and bar. The staff were super friendly and when we checked in gave us a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar and when we got to our room we found little Milka chocolates had been left on the pillow which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was also good – variety of things both hot and cold on offer. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was TERRIBLE! OK, Buckle Up for my review…. Originally planed to stay here a week but left after a couple days. I was switched between rooms 4 times because the A/C doesn’t work in any of them, yet it works fine in the lobby. I only found out the A/C in the room is regulated to 5min of air con so the hotel can save money. Everyone was complaining because the sun bakes the back of the hotel and the rooms were over 33 degrees C (90F). So all the rooms smell from sweaty body odors and the beds are greasy with sweaty oil. When I brought this to their attention they offered me a rickety old floor fan (at no charge) ???? Seriously? They also list “parking” but all the spaces are always full, when I finally got a spot under the hotel in the garage I noticed all the cars are banged up because the spaces are so small. If you look at the spaces they look like they were once normal size but have been squeezed down to accommodate more cars. Then there’s the food… The food serviced for breakfast is awful and appears to be what’s leftover from the restaurant the day before. It’s so bad it’s hard to describe. I could never complain about any of this to the front desk because they were always 7+ people deep with other guests complaining. Some big guy who I was told was the manager was yelling at some girl who was asking for her money back and was in tears because it was her honeymoon and this place was ruining it. I left for a cheaper hotel downtown with no A/C and no parking, or breakfast and it was 10X better for half the price. Plus, this place claims to be close to all the fun things to do in Innsbruck. That’s another total lie, they are on the outside of town but give their guests a bus ticket. It’s ridiculous. They also tried to charge me for the total stay when I checked out 3 days early for my room never getting below 28C. Luckily, my Credit Card company was on top of it and I got all my money back. There were so many people complaining that I’m skeptical of and positive reviews on TA.

I liked the whole experience of the hotel. Staff was awesome the food was amazing. Condition of the room was great. A really awesome hotel. I would recommend it to anyone and will stay there again. Thanks Clive Anderson

The hotel is very clean! The restaurant at the hotel is also very good. The breakfast is phenomenal!
